Full on in the nature and by the lake. Beautiful views and well done rooms. Really good food both for breakfast and dinner and great service everyone there was kind and helpful and polite.

There is an absolutely unnecessary playlist of music starting breakfast and until dinner service is done. The music is everywhere including in the rooms and restaurant. It’s annoying and loud and music taste is different for everyone anyway. You want to be able to enjoy the nature and silence without being forced into music - if you want yo rest during the day the music comes from the bathroom also. Big minus

Some basics in room like a kettle. menu is all quite high end dining and would benefit from a lighter bar menu for lunches as there are no alternative places to eat nearby.

The view from the rooms is amazing the breakfast and lunch was good, however food is a bit overpriced for what it offers

No privacy on the room terrace, as it is right in front of their small open air area (tens of people were in this area, children and parents screaming at each other and running and playing right next to the “private” terraces of the rooms- impossible to read and relax). i also mention that most of the people that were staying in front of the terraces were not actually staying at ATRA, but were outside visitors) Children were left to run on the hallways until 9 in the evening, smashing on the door of our room (even opening it at one time) and screaming. i agree that their parents should have done something about this, but still the staff did not do anything either. No fridge in the room The TV could not be plugged in to use it (the cable was too short to reach the plug on the wall) After reserving the room and paying for it we were announced that a special dinner will be organized that night, with a fixed menu of 300 RON per person. As the menu did not suit our preferences, we were not allowed to have dinner in the ATRA restaurant (choosing smth different), thus we had to find some other option to eat that night- which was not easy as ATRA is kind of isolated. It wasn’t an ideal situation

the room was very hot, after 21:00 you can not find anyone as reception works 10-18, food is extremely heavy, bed has a metal construction design close to head very uncomfortable

The staff was great, especially delia and alexander. The food was delicious and the place is beautiful.

The toilet were a little dirty but they cleaned as soon as we asked. The location is bad for traveling to brasov and sinaia area. The room lacks a fridge and a safe, and the shower waters reach the whole toilet
