The room was clean and cozy. There a small free gym and pool on the roof, not the vest view, but still good. Several bars on the roof. Good staff and kind. There is a bath in the rooms and that's great!

Loud music was in the evening, that was a bit annoying. The water in the bathroom could be hotter. Not the best location, but not so far from the center and shopping mall.

Vybíral jsem trochu i podle jména a Ramada mi dávala příslib něčeho kvalitního. Tento hotel však tak jak jsem ho nalezl mohl vyhovovat požadavkům před 20 lety. Drobnosti jako ulomená klička u okna, špinavé, zapatlané okno by se daly tolerovat, ale odér kuřáckého pokoje , byť byl prodán jako nekuřácký tam hodně zkazil můj dojem. Špinavé, zašlapané a kouřem nasáklé koberce. Na jednu noc při přestupu na jiný let se to dá vydržet, déle však ne.

Hotel molto in centro, staff gentilissimo, ci hanno pure permesso di stare in piscina oltre l’orario del check out, stanza pulitissima e letti super comodi.

Direi la colazione, noi italiani siamo abituati a mangiare prevalentemente cose dolci e ci erano davvero poche cose di questo genere, però devo dire che se siete abituati a mangiare salato c’erano molte cose tra cui omelette preparate sul momento.

Very professional hotel and staff. The rooms are very modern with great colour schemes. Very good location with the Abu Dhabi Mall 10 minutes walk.

Очень удобное расположение, недалеко остановка автобуса, на котором можно быстро и комфортно доехать до аэропорта. Чистый, уютный номер. Уборка каждый день. Очень удобно, что в номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар и бутилированная вода. Просторная ванная комната. Разнообразные завтраки.

It is well maintained.. neat and clean

Hotel staff charged me for a pint of beer which i didn’t even touched.. they said bottle was opened.. and gas was gone??..beside this small isolated event ..every thing about the hotel is fantastic..

The Chicken Biriyani from room service was perfect! The staff were very accommodating

Easy check in. Fantastic location in a buzzing area with many cafes, shops and restaurants. Room was clean, spacious and modern plus I could hardly hear any noise from outside my room. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is a blessing when it's over 40c outside. All the staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. I didn't catch everyone's names but on night shift were Nuzair and Kamal who helped me out with boarding pass, luggage, etc. Very happy with my stay, even got late check out at 1400 which really helped me a lot as the next night (tonight) I will be travelling without any sleep.. 😅 Thank you!

The heat outside on the street was INTENSE, but can't blame the hotel for that!! Welcome to UAE! 😄🥵

-we (family with 3 children) checked in at around 2-3am and there were girls going in and out, and it was rather awkward situation that made me understand that I should not stay in this hotel with my family in the future. Even if they have a karaoke club they should have a different entrance. -there is a strange smell in the corridor of the 8th floor -the room was nice and beautiful, however someone's hair in the bathroom... -they have few English channels, even though in their channels list there are English channels mentioned. -good breakfast, but strange thing happened is that the waiter saw us coming 5people for breakfast, but he arranged the table for 4, so we took chair and other staff ourselves. it wasn't a problem, but it's just a matter of doing your job excellent. The next day they did it for 5 )) -the shower system is strange and difficult to understand, I couldn't realize where cold water was coming from, and the water pressure is weak. - another thing is the noise of the cooling system of the nearby building, it just follows you every single minute you are in the room. -we visited the pool, it nice and cozy. Fortunately we were the 1st so we had it, others came later but left as the pool is for 1 family I would say. No dress exchange room, toilet. the towels they have in the room are terrible, see the photo.
