Location of the hotel, very close to Goryu Snow Resort. Buffet breakfast was very good. Facilities are excellent.

Shuttle bus service ends at 8pm in the evening, a bit early. Other hotels nearby, their shuttle services end in the evening. I arrived Goryu bus stop at 9pm, about to walk back to the hotel. Another hotel’s driver was driving two guests back to the hotel. He was very kind and asked the guests if they mind to drop us off to our hotel, as it was on the way.

The indoor onsen is quite small, it might be easily crowded in winter season Open-air bath is interesting, but info differs from the description — it can be reserved for 30m (17-22hh). Despite experience is nice

Breakfast was great! They catered to our needs plus was a great variety. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We bought our lift passes for the Goryu mountain at the hotel and it was cheaper. The location was great, walkable to the mountain but not the ski in and ski out that I thought it would be. Was within walking distance to a few restaurants. Onsen was great!

It met our expectations for the reasonable price. Clean and functional room, 3 single beds with warm heating. One cupboard for hanging was a little bit limiting as we kept most belongings in our suitcase. Breakfast was included in price. It was generous in the offering of western or Asian variety. Very subdued atmosphere. We enjoyed the on site inside onsen. It was only small but each time we visited we had mostly to ourselves. The outdoor onsen is inside an outside building and can be booked for groups after 21.00. Junko at front desk us always friendly and helpful. She communicated well prior to our arrival and had everything ready for our 2am arrival. She also gave out a map pointing out all the local restaurants. Enough restaurants on offer for a weeks stay to try a new one each night. Recommend RESTAURANT R. We appreciated the free locker for skis and boots, and also the daily morning shuttle to escal plaza for goryu & Hakuba 47 slopes. It’s within 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommend sanasaka ski resort (only 10 minutes away) for a fun less crowded option. We had it to ourselves mid week with fresh snow. We would recommend and hopefully return some day.

The room would benefit from hooks or some shelving. The hotel was not conducive to socialisation with other guests. Very quite at night.
