The room is perfectly well decorated, light and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. I was able to park in a covered spot

It would be good to have a small mirror just above the bathroom's sink to shave more comfortably.

Not a very warm welcome, though very friendly goodbye the day after made up for it.

On the booking.com app this hotel is advertised with a pool, that is not the case. The member of staff advised us they used to allow access to another pool at a different location but this led to guests complaining so they removed this option. We had specifically booked this hotel with a pool as we were travelling a long distance with a 6 year old and using pools as a reward for being stuck in the car for 5 hours. They did recommend a municipal pool that was 15 minutes drive away which was excellent, and I'd also recommend this, but just wanted to flag this so others don't feel the same frustration.

Great breakfast and wide variety of options! The staff were very kind.

There was no iron even when we asked at reception. There was no shower gel and shampoo. You’d expect to have these as basics when you go to a hotel.

Booked this hotel last minute on our way after a long drive from the UK. it was easily accessible using google maps. it’s in a quiet town with lots of nature. It served us for the one night we slept there. Breakfast was continental and the staff was very friendly.

Website states hotel has a swimming pool but it doesn't, which was disappointing.

Spacious room, breakfast was ok but fresh orange juice was not complementary

Cheerless room, dark and cold atmosphere, very small and uncomfortable shower.

The apartment was clean and the little balcony was a nice touch. The breakfast was really good and the staff in the morning were lovely

We arrived within the check in times and had to ring someone to let us in. The man on the phone was super rude, he was driving and trying to explain where the keys to get into the apartment were. The hotel appears to be next to others but they are actually all one hotel. when looking for the keys there are multiple entrances and he began shouting down the phone and becoming aggressive. what a let down his attitude was. the rest of the staff we met in the morning were lovely and very well mannered.

Generally very nice. Fridge in room very noisy and rooms quite hot. The hotel has a pool, however this is a 10min walk up the road to another property and its quite small.

The arrival was a bit akward. The owner let me in and he didn't seem very guest orientated, he didn't believe in covid-19 (regulations). (although the rest of the staff did an excellent job on this) and he wasn't talking that nice about one of his employees, who didnt do something properly on the computer, which is why it took him slightly longer to get me booked in. So some improvement there.

Lovely clean room , did have a private sauna, sadly didn't get chance to use if as only stayed one night . Very nice breakfast .

Only problem was , when we arrived at 6.30 pm ish , there was no body there to let us in . We had to phone the owner , ( phone number on the locked door , didn't include the code , so make sure you have the booking . Com number for property handy ) . The lady did arrive fairly quickly in her car . Also did expect to be able to get a drink and food at the bar in the evening, but not open , so we found a pizzeria 5 mins away, which was fine . Also be aware that you have to pay extra for drinks and chocolate in the fridge ( which are quite expensive) it didn't state in our room , but did in friends.
