The rooms are so dated and beds too hard and small. No plug sockets in the rooms

Great pool, food..soo yummy and quick waiters and chef.

Rude receptionist and too money oriented.

They're rooms were clean, 3 different pools and direct beach access.

We requested early check in which was granted and arrived at the property by 7 am but we had to wait in the reception until noon to be shown to our room,

Staff communication was great and everyone was very welcoming. We especially loved spending time in the pool and the pool bar is amazing! We also loved the Moonshine bar...overall we loved every moment!

The location is great , close to the beach and party venues in the city The personal was professional and friendly and made us feel welcome The cleaning personal was so helpful when for some reasons the key didn't work and we got stuck out of the room , very professional reaction

The « sea view » room we had was super small and a bit old The « all inclusive » food options are very limited (it does not includes any dish « à la carte » so I find it misleading to call it « all inclusive »)

Location is great. I like the swimming poils and the bar on the beach.

The pool bar is fantastic. The food was nice and fresh and the swimming pool was clean.

The delay when ordering food especially while in the pool bar. The one waiter in charge was generally overwhelmed and would sometimes forget our orders. Placing food orders through other waiters was much better.

Good location, direct access to the beach, 5 mins walk from shopping malls. direct access to Moonshine beach bar/disco. Reasonable buffet style breakfast.

On the weekends Moonshine disco will run late into the night (past 3am), if you have a room facing the beach you’ll hear the music until it stops. Beds and pillows aren’t too comfy. Bathrooms are clean and functional but the fittings are a bit worse for wear.

Your staff was very helpful and friendly from the receptionist to cleaners. I really enjoyed my stay and will be definitely COMING back again😜
