the pools, nice to have an adult pool with no noise, the spa was lovely and having a ps5 was added bonus . staff were so friendly

The property was nice with all the amenities we needed. Meals were excellent and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They have a kids club as well and a lot to keep the little ones entertained. A la carte drinks and meals are also reasonably priced.
The AC didn’t get cold enough and it was very hot. We informed the hotel and they sent someone to fix it but it still didn’t work very well. It was also very busy over Easter and difficult to get a hold of reception.

The location, the beach, the facilities and staff were really good. The staff was very helpful and we had a relaxing time.
It was windy and the sea wasn’t pleasant. Our room had a bit of a odor problem due to humidity.

PrideInn gave us everything and more starting from breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. We had varieties of options to pick from and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The kids had maximum fun and were always excited going to the kids club as the staffs in the club are super amazing.

From breakfast to dinner, the food was phenomenal. Plenty of variety to choose from, especially for kids. Similarly, the pools are a must if you are travelling with youngsters. Great waterslides which are a fantastic addition. Great hotel service, starting from Joan at the reception desk to Louis who helped us extend our stay. Indeed, it is a hotel to visit again, due to the infectious Kenyan energy and the great PrideInn touch.
Internet speed is a bit slow and can be improved.
