Reception tag und nacht offen und freundliche leute
Die gestellr im zimmer waren schief. Licht funktionierte nicht ùberall. Kein balkon im zimmer. Kein lift im hotel. Nicht stornierbar. Man bezahlt beim betreten des hotels.

The neighborhood is very safe.
The staff was friendly.
The room was big and quiet.
There was a mosquito net above the bed, a refrigerator and a fan.
Short walk to the beach.
The fan was very loud.
The breakfast Buffett was simple but I think everyone could find something.

The location for the swimming pool is not the best. The place around it barely receives sunlight which I think is essential for swimming.

I liked the location, Nyali, which is, apparently, a very nice area. It is close to the Masai restaurant which was really good. The room was good for what I needed which was a one night stay before an early train ride. The bed was comfortable and clean. The mosquito net was quite dusty which wasn't great. The room was clean. The front desk person let me borrow their phone charger over night which was a huge help. I requested an extra pillow and was provided with one.
One of my towels had a stain and was immediately replaced.

very convenient near to the beach and transport easily available.
breakfast served was really good except that it was same for food served during my whole stay.
the staff were amazing and very helpful and surprising the only male staff i encountered was the security .
our Ac was not working but they had ceiling fan and private pool.
I highly recommend if you are looking for a quite convenient serene place and clean . thumps up.
tv was outdated digital instead of smart so you could only watch few local channels.
Ac was not working . we even reported but we’re told it’s working but no cold breeze coming just the lights dazzling.

the place is clean very quiet away from the busy town the staff are helpful and friendly

We looked for a decent good value overnight stay in Nyali with safe parking for our car and this is exactly what we got. Nothing special but OK with good breakfast.
The pool area is just bare concrete without any plants.

Location was okay. Rooms were very spacious. Drinking water was provided in the rooms which is a great plus. WiFi was okay.
Breakfast was very basic and not worth the 500/- pp we paid. It wasn't a buffet as indicated in previous reviews.
Toiletries are not replenished daily which is not good considering the small soaps in hotels run out quite fast with the salty water.
