Small and family run. Had a lovely pool with beautiful views

It was great value and had facilities to match as advertised. It is on a steep hill from the town and beaches which gives you the lovely views. It is a walkable distance to them but it may not be suitable for all without a car or taxi. Taxis are readily available. 7/8 Euros to get to the beach or town

the swimming pool was beautiful

the pool area, bar and terrace are brilliant. we had a family room overlooking the pool area, which was perfect for the 5 of us. the other suites are more recently refurbished, but that didn't matter to us, as ours was just what we needed. The Owners of the place are on site all day every day and can't do enough for you. They're brilliant. It was one of the nicest places we've stayed and great value for money

We had a car, so didn't need to walk up the hill from the beach, which would have been a struggle in the heat, but its location also provided a nice evening breeze, which made the summer heat more bearable for us Englishmen!

The team at L Suites were brilliant, they helped us oragnise a boat trip by calling the company for us, showed us exactly where to go and even lent us a cool box to use for the day. Really thoughtful and geniune.

I cannot fault the L Suites at all and cannot give you one thing to complain about !! It is so clean inside and out, breakfast is fantastic, staff super friendly, comfy sunbeds and WIFI was great in apartments and by pool so ignore the other comments on that. They also offer a small snack menu which is lovely and the pizzas are great as are the cocktails.

Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff and stunning views and pools, we stayed in the L studio with private pool and it was simply stunning with a main pool and bar only a short walk from the apartment. Very clean!

No problems at all great hotel

The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. Location is also great between Lassi and the capital (we were torn which area to stay in but loved the beaches on the Lassi side and the restaurants and evenings in and around the square in the capital).

The fact the wifi wasn’t initially working and then was very patchy but other than that, all good.

L-Suites was an amazing experience! Katerina and Stelios were brilliant hosts, giving us a warm welcome late at night on our arrival and always available to recommend wonderful day-trips and experiences on Kefalonia. Views of the harbour and mountains from the rooms, bar and pool are breath-taking. The location is perfect for exploring the whole island and the more local destinations of Argostoli/Lassi are a short, cheap taxi ride away. The pool area is stunning, with the most comfortable sunbeds ever (and no rush to secure a place by the pool at day-break when we stayed!). Fresh towels for pool and beach are provided every day, which is a bonus. We had breakfast included, which was a wide selection of Greek, Continental & hot foods. In addition, L-Suites offers reasonably priced drinks and snacks at the bar/pool. The pizzas were a favourite for the whole family. The whole place is spotlessly clean, with rooms serviced daily and new linen/toiletries every 3 days. The beds were very comfortable and the double beds were big. Air-conditioning and safe was included (not always the case in Greece).

In terms of “even-better-if…”: We couldn’t get the TV to work but we didn’t ask for help because we didn’t travel to Kefalonia to watch TV! We would have also appreciated a shower head holder above head-height. Neither of these were an issue that affected our enjoyment.

Lovely place in a perfect location, the hosts were perfect friendly and chatty without being imposing, couldn't do enough for us. Appartment was cleaned every day and the grounds were kept spotlessly clean. Lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. We will definitely be back

The location was lovely. It was a 10 minute walk to Lassi (downhill but get a taxi back!) and a short taxi drive to Argostoli. The rooms are a bit basic and not what we expected. However, the friendliness of the owners, their helpfulness and the cleanliness of the entire place outweighed this. We ate here and the food was lovely also. The pool area was great with very comfortable beds. The view of Argostoli was spectacular.

The rooms are quite basic. The headboard of the bed we slept in was damaged and it didn't look great. Would be easy to fix and left the room down a bit

the pool and bar area were very good. high quality and lovely views. it’s in the hill so away from amin town but a 6 or 7 euro taxi ride into town which we did a lot.

I thought the rooms didn’t match the quality of the pool etc. we had two bed apartment but very little loving space. very small kitchen area and balcony only accessed through one of the rooms.

We had such a fabulous holiday here and would highly recommend. The room is basic but very clean, with a great pool area and great location. The breakfast was good, serving your standard continental spread with the added touch of Greek yoghurt and honey. They offer you fresh beach and pool towels every day, so you don’t need to take your own. We didn’t hire a car and didn’t feel we needed one. You can walk to the beaches and restaurants in Lassi downhill (around 15 mins with an amazing view) and if feeling brave, walk back up or get a €7 taxi. There is a tour you can get from Lassi for €35 each to see other beaches (although you have at least 3 sandy beaches in Lassi), Assos, Fiskardo and the caves. You can walk downhill on the other side to the capital, Argostoli for restaurants too. This is around a 20 min downhill walk (not suitable for kids as on a main road), or again a €7 taxi. We preferred the restaurants and bars in Lassi. Word of advice, in the room just press the ‘on’ button for the air con, don’t try to change the setting as it might break like ours - although this was fixed instantly!

Just needs more storage, there are no draws and limited hangers. I recommend taking some hangers in your suitcase if you can.

The size of the bedrooms were tiny with no bedside table or reading light. Not much natural light and privacy
