Beautiful decor and immaculately clean throughout. The location was perfect in terms of being able to access the island. Pleasant views over the harbour and marina. The breakfast was delicious and fresh with a wide variety of choices. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to the waitress at breakfast (Marina). She was so helpful and polite…. and to the wonderful bookings Manageress who greeted us on arrival.

Was hoping for a bath 🤣 but that ok as shower was amazing It was little noisy when other guests come back late at night and you can hear everything so little suggestion is to keep ear plugs in the rooms otherwise everything else perfect

The staff can’t do enough to help you, they are amazing. we were given a free room upgrade and the room was spacious and with a gorgeous view. Shower pressure is amazing. Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in Europe, gorgeous coffee and buffet as well as a la carte options. The location is great - within walking distance from loads of good bars and restaurants & drinks in the hotel bar are lovely and reasonably priced too. there’s free parking 2 minutes walk away (it’s definitely recommended to hire a car to explore the other areas and villages of kefalonia). Turtles across from the hotel in the harbour after breakfast every morning too! this was our second time and we found it even better than last year - so much so we have booked to bring a group of our friends next summer! thank you kefalonia grand!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Very bright and clean. All the staff were extremely nice and gave really good service (at the reception, cleaning staff and the breakfast staff in the restaurant). The location is very pleasant and beautiful by the harbor, with life and movement without being disturbing. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety of things and very tasty, both sweet and savory options as well as fruit and vegetables. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting Kefalonia.

Just the room were very small. In the photo they looked biger. Maybe the photo ankel was the right for marketing. 🤪🤪🤪

The staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness over all the hotel. Good breakfast especially when it comes to drink, where the tea, coffee, juice etc... are prepared carefully by some lady. Strategic location near the harbor with a great view over the sea, the bridge and the surrounding area. We stayed in a room with 3 balconies, spacious, comfortable, shower area separated from the toilet.

We booked Kefalonia Grand at the last minute due to a flight cancellation causing us to rearrange our itinerary. We were very grateful that they could accommodate us. The room was lovely and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the side street. Breakfast is beautifully presented in the fabulous downstairs restaurant. The staff are very helpful and ready to please at any time. Location is key. There are so many restaurants on the main road by the sea and the shops and main square are just minutes away.

Our room was very small. We did not have much of a choice as the hotel was booked out and it was a last minute booking but overall, it was a struggle to fit 2 large suitcases without rearranging the room.

Only a short distance to the centre of town and all the restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Really clean throughout.

There is no parking so it is difficult to load/offload luggage. No soundproofing so every footstep, sneeze, karaoke from the bar next door can be heard with perfect clarity

Two nights in a deluxe sea view room. The rooms are cool and well appointed with good aircon when needed. The furnishings are contemporary rather than traditional and possibly not to all tastes. We ate in the restaurant one evening and had an excellent meal. Breakfast was also very good. Hotel is in an excellent location and appears to be hte best hotel in town as far as I can ascertain

Nothing significant to complain about at this hotel. If I am being picky the basin in the bathroom was very deep like a barrel. Not easy to shave with. That’s not really much of a negative!

The staff at this hotel are very good - friendly and professional, the food and restaurant excellent. The location is central to the port ideal for ferries / bus pick up. The rooms are small but functional and modern.

The only criticism is that the corridors have concrete floor and are nosy as there were some inconsiderate late night guests who made a lot of noise at 3am. This is not really the fault of the hotel other than the accoustics are amplified by the lay out
