I'm a regular at the Ohana, first staying there about 10 years ago, so I've probably stayed 30+ times. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, has a great pool area, but I don't use hotel pools, aircon is efficient, bed is comfortable, and the wifi fast and reliable.

The buffet breakfast is no longer available, but that's only a minor point, with plenty of alternatives nearby.

Simple but t’ really nice hotel, the staff was really welcoming and caring. Got upgraded to a suite. Excellent, I’ll come back.

the noise ! rooms 106 and 107 are very badly isolated. we can hear the breakfast (tables and chairs moved very loudly), the people at the pool (screaming, jumping,etc) and this from 7 am … impossible to sleep correctly and have some rest

room size and bed size very big. Very Reasonable for price.

The shower didn't work, the room was not what we asked for, and the staff organised a friend as a driver, who then ripped us off.

Clean comfortable bed! Staffs are really nice, managed to get me an urgent trip to Uluwatu. Not too far from the beach. Local restaurants w reasonable (and some are cheap!) price near by.

Nothing is likeable.

Customer service is extremely poor. The room they gave us was so bad, bathroom was too old, fittings were broken and the worst part was the pipe of the sink was leaking. the washroom was wet all the time, there were no wifi connection. So we called reception and tell them to fix the issues. They came over and fix the wifi and said they will send a technician for washroom issue. Within 10 mins wifi gone again and while i call the receptionist she clearly said you told it was ok!! They have not taken any action on washroom and upon our objection the receptionist said they doest have same category room available so we can degrade if want to change the room on the same day or the next day they will give us same room, so we stayed our room for that night. Next day when we call for changing the room they said no room is available, rather we should degrade. Then I told them we won’t and they should upgrade us if cannot give the same room. After an hour I went to reception then they made some call and finally told they will upgrade us, but they tone of the lady was so rude and she was saying how expensive that room is and so on. Both the receptionist lady was the worst hotel person I have ever seen. The so called upgrade room was only bigger in size and have got a big molded couch, nothing else. The toilet paper they provided was close to paper and the taste of the toothpaste was sooooo bad (taste like onion). No buffet breakfast, same boring menu everyday (bread buuter/ Nasi gorag/ Mee gorag/ Rice noodles and 4 pc of fruit, one juice and extremely bad coffee). Location was so bad, nothing was around, only few local food shop. for money exchange we had to walk 15 mins. Overall the staff and the service is so bad, please don’t waste your money there and don’t trust all the good reviews out there, Idk why these ppl found the hotel so nice, may be they never stayed in any good hotel. Not recommended, waste of money and time.
