- room very spacious, comfy - big pool - good WiFi - very nice staff !

- there was a group of around 8 kids who were ‘playing’ in the pool, starting at 7 AM. I work with children so I have a high tolerance, but these kids were constantly screaming from the top of their longs. No parents or staff tried to calm down the situation. impossible to wake up relaxed or sleep past 7… not saying this is the fault of the hotel but for the sake of literally all the other guests (all rooms are located around the pool), the parents could’ve been approached by the staff to ask them to tell their kids to play in a calmer way.

nice, clean rooms. hot water and ac worked well. staff was helpful and brought up towels immediately when I informed them I didn’t have any. bed was comfy, ac worked well. was 20th mins away from airport

breakfast area allowed smoking but I guess that’s indonesia for ya. only got one towel.

food wasn’t great, hot water in shower runs out after 1 shower, mattress topper was dirty and mould on ceiling.

The staff were excellent, as they kept the hotel extremely clean, tidy and had great attitudes. The rooms were cleaned every day. The price was great and there was no nasty surprises.

bad wifi signal inside the room, broken deposit box and the bed cover was not clean enough, also when park on the basement the smell is stinks.

Ordered omelette made fresh, every day. Room cleaned every day. Pool directly outside our door. Massuese available in room service for good value.

Air conditioner leaked water but was rectified once notified. No milk or tea or coffee supplied. No microwave. Had to buy cups and spoons for our own hot beverages. WiFi was not very strong signal and kept cutting out.

it's a beautiful place and near many places, stuff helps a lot and so kind, I would come again here

I got bedbugs bites from this hotel

The view from the room is dismal. We closed the curtains instead. At breakfast the table is empty so you have to order and it takes 25 minutes for a scrambled egg to cook but it's a good portion. The electricity in the room goes off very often. The air conditioning does not work during absence.

Room

Big rooms pretty good value for money and nice location food court and convenience stores beside the hotel. Hotel reception and pool area looks amazing.

We were upgraded to a bigger room which had a wall for the view out the window almost no light could get in no point in having a window. Air con was one of the most noisy I've experienced and it was leaking. They offered a change of room the next afternoon as they couldn't fix it but we were able to sleep and was only one more night so we did not bother moving. Bathroom door was like the glass shower door and you could see through the glass down low and around 6ft height as well as gaps at the side. No privacy and this door could not be locked either. Safe was left locked so we could not use without asking reception to open it. Twice on check in the staff member mentioned that he would drop two mineral waters to room once we checked in. This never happened this day or the next. The only house keeping they did was to drop more toilet paper?? Expected bed to be made up. Definitely would not stay here again due to the poor customer service and issues with the room.
