The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Staff were brilliant

The restaurant is terribly overpriced and this is reflected in the low amount of people eating there in the evenings. We are at the hotel on both evenings for convenience but it was disappointing. Long wait even though they seem to have a lot of chefs and most disappointing of all their sticky rice and mango was the worst I had while travelling Thailand and I had tried it in many places. I feel the restaurant’ is trying to be something it’s not and then charging 5 star prices which really doesn’t match. I would stay in the hotel again but eat somewhere else.

الفندق جيد ؛ لكنه ليس من افضل الفنادق. اغلبه عرب خليجين في الصيف الافطار جيد مع شيف عربي لبناني. المبنى اللي فيه بوفيه الافطار جيد ؛ اسمع البعض يشتكي من المبنى الثاني الموظفين على العموم جيدين.

المفترض يخفض السعر يحتاج تاكسي للمشاوير - فترة العصر زحمة.

I loved how clean it was, the food was nice and the staff were mostly friendly and nice especially Mr Samer at the reception and the concierge and porters.

It just didn’t feel like it’s a 5 star property. It was nice but not 5 star.

Room was always clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great although i would prefer if breakfast was open till later and not close at 10am. Location was good with lot of things nearby.

I would like more rooms with a balcony option for smokers

Booked 3 pool view rooms and choose the twin beds option , was provided with king for all rooms as they stated pool view rooms only come with king! So Why the option was there in booking app? This information was not even shared when we emailed them before our stay, Asked to have different rooms but they said all booked !!

The staff was helpful after our complaint

For the price we payed, we expected something much better. We had just spent a week at a 5 star hotel in Hua Hin and our experience there were beyond expectations. For our final week in Thailand we wanted to visit Bangkok and stay at a nice hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were greeted by loud Arabic music and a receptionist that was quite busy looking at his phone. Even though I was the one paying for the stay, the staff mostly ignored me and wanted to speak to my boyfriend. I don’t know if this is a gender issue, but it made me feel quite uncomfortable. The hotel itself consisted of two buildings with a busy road separating them. We were promised that the building we were staying in was far better than the mail building. Upon entering our floor we were met by a smell of cigarettes and perfume. The only hard working people in this hotel seems to be the kitchen staff and the cleaning personnel. The people in the lobby are always on their phones and look quite unprofessional. We sent in a complaint to the hotel and they kindly gave us a new room with an upgrade. Though we appreciated the gesture, I still want to inform others that the price didn’t match what we expected from a “5 star hotel”

Very clean, comfortable, great sized rooms. Staff are nice very helpful. Nice Resturant ground floor.

Location is a little far from the center. But closer to the airport.

basically nothing that I would recommend for this hotel, is so much overpriced and the hotel location is really not ideal. Staff response is very slow and I've faced 5 times access card issue !!

The room was perfect, I was on the 8th Floor and it was very quite, breakfast had a big choice of world foods. I was working at the Convention Centre and perfect location for it.

Nothing, for me it was spot on, I was in the building over the road from the main hotel and it was still no a problem.

The Hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location for exploring the city. The pool is great to cool down and the gym is the beat hotel gym I've seen in a while! I also have to point out that the rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, especially when compared to the other hotels I've seen in the area. The breakfast is very good and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and book again!

Sehr gute Ausstattung. Schöne, große Zimmer. Wir hatten für 4 Personen zwei nebeneinander liegende Suiten mit Verbindungstür. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, alle Küchen vertreten und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Great location in the middle of Bangkok. Room was spacious and very clean. Great facilities and helpful staff overall. Great parking location in the hotel itself as well.

Lobby was very crowded when we got there, with tourists that were very loud. Not the hotel's fault, but it did make the checkin experience slow and a bit frustrating. The room was also a bit pricy for it's size.

The hotel is great and an absolute steal in value for money. Very modern and nicely furnished, the room was big and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with many different choices and the staff very friendly.

What the reservation didn't say that our room was actually in a different building, which made access to breakfast and pools a little more annoying, however that's a minor point. We also had some issues with water temperature in our shower but nothing major.

I didn’t like the decorations in the hotel, I thought I booked a Thai hotel but it’s more like Middle Eastern decorations and music so my fault for not checking before I booked the accommodation. I did not like that the hotel was at a very busy t junction. If you have children, very dangerous went crossing the roads and no proper pavement for pushchair. Not happy with house keeping had to request via phone everyday for cleaning (we have two young children). One of the 3 nights we stayed, the cleaners did not even make up the beds, did not provide additional shampoos or change the towels. Had to call up that night and asked for clean towels. The shower gels and shampoo by the way is such low quality. Breakfast is up to 10.30am. One morning we were there at 9.45am and told the chef the noodles is finish need topping up. They took so long waited 20 minutes then gave up, the refill after 35 minutes. They tried to sell us Easter lunch menu very expensive about £50 each and no Easter hunt or activity for the kids so we said no. Toilet had a very disgusting smell, the toilet wouldn’t blush properly so they send a technician who said he fixed it but that night we tried flushing and wasn’t working again. He arrived again the next day and try to fix it again. This time it work but my god still does not remove the horrible smell. Not what I expected in a 5 star hotel.

Very clean. Nice rooms, beds, showers. Nice balcony with great views of Bangkok. Nice pool area. Reception were accommodating for a our late flight and allowed us to use the facilities and stored our luggage.

Kettle and cups but no coffee or tea in room? Fridge not working, reported and said they would look but didn't. Staff at pool bar are very tenacious about payment and won't allow customers to have a tab and disturb you when you're relaxing on sunbeds.

Rooms clean n nice. Breakfast is good.

A bit too far from BTS station. Location of hotel traffic is heavy. Jam when coming back to hotel.

Best Hotel in Bangkok!

Staff, food, location…everything was outstanding

We liked that they had a room for 3, it was conveniently located, nice and clean.

First day we came there was only boiling water coming out of the shower, they “fixed it” but still didnt work so couldnt take shower for 2 days than they moved us for next night to a different room. Breakfast options were not good for european breakfast only asian breakfast available, staff was unorganised and never asked what we would like to have unless we have stopped them and requested it.

Very good apartment luxury and spacious, good breakfast in the restaurant, helpful and very kind staff, free shuttle service to emporium mall and beautiful park in front of it, good pool
