The pools were pretty nice. The kids had fun and enjoyed swimming. The pillows in the rooms are comfortable. The food at the buffet was decent. The espresso martinis were the best I've ever had-exceptional.
I think everything is just a little out of date at this location. There were a lot of broken tiles along the walkways. And the rooms and facilities are lacking modernization. The kids club was closed for the entirety of our stay so that wasn't an available option for us. Overall, I don't think this hotel is what I was looking for in Panama but that's no fault of the resort. There was a playground for the kids but it looked old and sketchy and my kids didn't want to use it.

La cena estuvo exquisita, la piscina estuvo limpia, saludable, fresca y sin peligro, el desayuno estuvo muy sabroso y saludable.
Había mal olor en el área entre la salida posterior del hotel y la piscina como a agua negras. Pero fue momentáneo.

Buen desayuno y buena piscina. La cena estuvo bien, pero podría haber más variedad en el menú de los restaurantes.
Falta mejor iluminación en la habitación. El agua caliente no estuvo disponible a cualquier hora del día para ducharse, debido a que debíamos salir muy temprano para un tour por Ciudad de Panamá y no tuvimos agua caliente a esas horas para ducharnos cómodamente.

We always reserve "All Inclusive" ..... it is the only way to stay at this resort!
Also, always an Ocean view..

The proximity to the city.
The hotel is close to the city, yet very isolated from the surrounding area of Veracruz where I understand there are some good places to eat. One of the pools on the far end was not maintained and it was quite unsightly. Panama has many beautiful beaches, the beach at Playa Bonita was not one of them.

Everything, except the discount in the daily fare that I was entitled to have as a retired person.
My sister and I are both retired teachers. In Panama, almost every sale or service give you a discount (sizeable) if you are retired. The recepcionist of the hotel, however, said that because the booking was made by the site of Booking.com, we were not entitled to the discount. I found this affirmation unfair but thete was nothing we could do.

I loved everything, the beach, the pool, the weather was excellent, and the staff always very friendly. The beach is calmed and safe, warm water and the sand I loved too.

The beds were very comfortable. Room is a great size and it was very clean. we had an ocean view and it was very nice.
The pools were very dirty throughout our stay. Service at the restaurants was very slow. The lawn chairs needed to be cleaned. lots of bird poop on them. The hotel is away from the city.

Very nice accommodation!! Clean building and pretty!
I made the reservation with breakfast included by booking, I don't know why, the hotel didn't included me the breakfast despite the price that I paid... I checked again the price of each room and supposedly, the price that I paid has to included me the breakfast. Other point, I did the check in, however I didn't find a staff to explain me where to find my room. Finally, we lost alot of time in the elevator and check out.
