Close to the airport. Nice pool. Three separate beds, the two-person-bed was very big. Big refrigerator. Kind staff. Breakfast was enjoyable. Two different airco's. Warm and good shouwer.

Wifi did not work in the room, only in the common place. The two single beds were immediately behind the door.

The family told me the stay was excellent as always.

Unfortunately the pool area was closed due to maintenance. 🫤

The staff was excellent, extremely helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was tranquil and inviting.

The location was off of the beaten path. Not many options for dinner, but we only stayed the one night after arriving in San Jose, so it was adequate for our needs.

Comfortable bed, nice sheets. Pool was nice, breakfast good.

The free breakfast served each morning delivered by very friendly staff was very good. We would take the bus located outside the facility into town and have lunch there. At night I would recommend the Toro bar located left coming out of Bristol hotel which is within walking distance Like Bristol hotel, both serve good quality products with friendly services at great prices.

Nothing, the place for its price point and quality delivered in my opinion CANNOT be beat. Only thing that was a disappointment was the water in the pool was cold and that’s no fault to the facility.

The night staff was good. It is a run down property. The location does not fit the photos taken for property. The pool was dirty. WIFI was not accessible from the room. Morning breakfast- you need to remind them what you need. We thought of cancelling the booking as we entered the property. The bathrooms had a smell. It looks like somebody converted this property from the home estate and hired an individual to run the business.

Some noise from the road but didn’t particularly disturb us

the staff were really lovely, and tried to be accomodating . It is closish to the airport, but still a 15 minute drive . Pet friendly.

The photos and reviews made this place look like a quaint country farm stay.That is not the case, we left 15 minute after checking in. The rooms are stale smelling, the plush white bedding in the photos was not in the rooms, the mattress was rock hard....I would not have sat on the couch....the hotel is literally on the freeway and slightly lower, and the hotel itself is in an interesting neighbourhood. As we approached i actually thought it was abandoned. Im not sure how this place gets 4 stars on bookings. Ive never ever had an issue with any hotels I booked on this sight in the past so this was a first for us. I feel bad about writing this review as I know people depend on this place for employment, but it definitely needs some changes to the room interior to match what the photos show.

The staff were very helpful and kind. We had trouble renting our car after arriving in San Jose and they stayed late to help us check in. The hotel felt very safe, was easy to find, and close to the airport.

The bed was not very comfortable.

A wonderful oasis with very comfortable rooms (so spacious!) and very nice staff! Just across there’s a really good Soda. And very close to the airport (by car/taxi). Highly recommend.
