I'm sorry for this bad feedback, but it's been our worst accomodation during our 20 days trip. The hotel has pontential, but it's very bad managed. It's like if they try to make you feel uncomfortable all the time: mostly for very basic and simple things. Wi-fi comes and go (off for the 80% of time time during our stay), in the room as well in the public areas. During our 3 days of stay, we had to go every single day to the reception because our room's magnetic key card didn't work. No hotel informations in the room. Not even tags in the elevator, to indicate where the pool, gym or conference rooms are located. I tried to call the reception from the room, but the phone didn't work. No tags to indicate what's on the table for breakfast and/or their ingredients. Very slippery shower (fallen down the first time I entered it, and luckly I'm 47 y.o. athletic). Plug sockets only next to one side of the bed. The other 2 located in the bedroom didn't work at all. The big lamp in the living room didn't work, so it was pretty dark. Definitely overpriced for what they (don't) offer.

The room had a great view. The breakfast was good and generous. The bed was comfortable.

The shower should have a bar to hold on to or a plastic carpet to avoid falls. The room should have a chest of drawers, an armoire or something similar for organizing the clothes. The swimming pool is not deep enough (just one meter).

The hotel is at a very convenient location, close to parks, restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was always willing to assist.

We stayed twice. The second time around, the room was not as clean and neat as the first one. But overall we had a good experience staying at the Park Inn hotel.

hotel charged us for one additional guest that just visited and didn’t even stay. we have 2 rooms with two queen beds and we were only three people. Also I see they did additional charges for minibar which we didn’t consume.

The staff was outstanding. Front desk everyone spoke perfect English. Dinning staff 80% spoke good English, the rest broken English. Everyone was more than obliging. After Connie's oral surgery servers volunteered to blending or pulverizing her food so she could eat. Every morning when I went down early for coffee they inquired, with sincerity, how she was doing... then later when she came down they ask if she wanted another milk shake, something that was foreign to them prior to our arrival. The people here put themselves out for our convenience... assisting with a booking tours, making calls for us when Spanish was necessary, providing maps then highlighting the directions to where we wanted to go, then adding with specific landmarks that we would know, like go the the Pizza Hut and turn right. The people here make the sale.

The location. The entire city looks like a fortress. HOWEVER, this facility has extremely good security in the lobby and at the front entrance. Your key card for your room will only allow the elevator to go that that specific floor where your room is located. Warning don't put your key card next to your cell phone for any length of time, it will quite working.

The property was incredibly clean! Truly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The restaurant was tasty and the quality of food was fantastic.

I was disappointed because we booked this hotel for the pool, however the pool was ICE COLD. It is in the shade most of the day, and it does not have a heater. Additionally, the hot tub was broken. Very sad for my 7 year old, & difficult for me to get his energy out.

Loved the queen size beds, the breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, the view from th eroom was outstanding.
