Big place, lots to explore, but not up to the mark.

Didn’t feel like a 5 star facility, the food was ok and not as well made / presented specially at the Granary restaurant, almost had a 2-3 star hotel vibe at best. In room dining also, the food was sent in shabby boxes dinged up, felt like some government guest house. Too expensive for the kind of experience. Their Gym is also quite poorly maintained with minimal equipment, the children play area for toddlers had old and spoilt furniture. The lounge chairs in our room were full of black mouldy stuff all over it and one would be scared to even touch it. The lotus/Lilly pond in the room was absolutely filthy with lots of dead leaves and dirt and 0 flowers! The furniture in the room, specially the bed, was quite old and wobbly with a very poorly constructed headboard.

The location and total environment was superb. Ms. Harshitha was our coordinator and she was taken care of our stay

Location is very good amidst coffee plantation. The pool overlooking the man made lake adds to the beauty. Beautiful location to have candlelight dinner at pepper corn by the lake.Food is excellent.4*4 Jeep drive is must try activity. The naturist take guests around the property, the explanation given is very interesting. It's educational for kids and adults too. The lily pool cottage had living room at the ground floor and bedroom on the first floor which offered a very calming view to wake up to

There is nothing that is not to be liked. But the alcarte food portion at the restaurant is very less does not even serve one person. But the same ordered from in-room dinning is apt

The property and hospitality was exceptional. The staff are well trained and courteous.

Options for food

Love the size of the room. Staff was very good, they specially decorated the room for us after cleaning. the private pool was the best highlight of our stay.

I am honestly very very disappointed with the food. the food throughout the stay, breakfast and dinner, was just about average. for the amount we pay for the whole stay, the food was so not worth the price. i would rather prefer eating outside the property in a restaurant. I did point out my complaint about average food quality and taste to Anusha as well. not at all happy about that. do something about your kitchen staff. everything from kerala food to north indian curries tasted so average that i didnt feel like eating. this is when i am a foodie and food is usually a big part of your trip.

One and only one neat resort in india.....the staff are so humble ....really its a mesmerising experience
