Room was quite nice, there was a living area with sofa and all for the visitors. Breakfast was OK-ish but the staff were extra nice. Courteous and professional. Room service was also prompt and very nice. Housekeeping is excellent. They make sure you are perfectly happy with your requirements. Front desk was very supportive. I had an early morning check out and when asked they said they will be ready round the clock. Overall, i would choose this hotel a second time too. Also, not to forget : its in the heart of the city, walkable distance to Railway station and Bus Stand - which is an additional bonus.

It is just a personal thing regarding Room No.302, the washroom door could not be locked. A good carpenter can fix it in 10 minutes but as i was alone, i didnt have a problem with an unlocked door. In fact, this should not even be a negative - it is just a glitch which i had during my stay.

В номере был чайник, холодильник, телевизор, предоставлялись одноразовые зубные щетки, расческа, гели для душа. Месторасположение нормальное, до вокзала и автостанции можно дойти пешком. В отеле есть бар.

overall pleasant, but a little dated hotel. staff were friendly and the hotel was mostly clean

The hotelroom was not completely clean(hairs in sink e.g.) and overall tthe hotel has an aged look.

Very near to railway station,and restaurants. Easy to travel around.

No family room .

The Location was excellent.Food was Amazing.The Facilities were too good.
