Hotel tranquilo, el personal del hotel muy amables y atentos. El servicio de transfer funciona muy bien ( se paga aparte) . El desayuno , es en Tabacchi, muy normal . Cappuccino y croasant. Tienes alternativa para cenar cerca del hotel. Justo al lado hay una pizzeria riquisima. Y las tiendas suvenires mas barata
No está en el centro , centro . Pero se pu puede ir caminando a lo principal.

It was in a good safe location and easy to get to places of interest. Metro was only 5 minutes walk and very easy to use. Lots of lovely restaurants all around the area. Very clean and staff very helpful. Anything you need you just need to ask. We were on 5th floor but had a little lift to get us up and down. There was four of us in a room and we had two bathrooms which was a bonus. Breakfast was 5 minute walk away in a little cafe which was a croissant and drink which was enough to start the day.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was basic but we were out all day and only needed a room to sleep in. We got a fridge, safe and air con all included in price. Very good value and got what we expected.

We loved the facilities, location, staff behaviour. Everything was exceptional.
The breakfast was in a cafe a bit far from the hotel ( 5 min walk). Also, breakfast was limited. Only one crossaint and one coffee.

It was clean . It was in a good location.

Excellent location. Great value for money. Spacious room. Room was clean. We had the 4 person bedroom and it had 2 wardrobes, 4 bedside tables, 2 small fridges and 2 bathrooms. Nothing to complain about.

I loved the sweet breakfast and really enjoyed it.The Bar was located on our way to Termini where we walked daily.

The personnel was very kind and helpful, the room tidy, clean and spacious and heating was sufficient even during the cold nights of late January. The location is absolutely safe and convenient, just 600 meters away from Termini station. An excellent choice for those who need a clean, economic and warm place to sleep, after walking the city all day long.

We liked:
- that somebody waited for us after working hours, with no extra fee
- that we left our luggage at the location after checking out, in safety and with no extra cost
- that the room was very clean and they kept it so, every day
We didn't like:
- that walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the hallway, including late in the night

Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Quite location but with great accessibility to many transportation and supermarket, restaurants and there is a pharmacy in the same street. Close to Rome termini as well. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday. My daughter got sick and the staff offered great help and support.
Toiletries need improvement in quantity and quality. The room was a little bit cold and the WiFi was not working well so they offered to change our room which was very considerate from them. Overall I would stay there again if I come back to italy.

It is close to the bus and train station. Restaurants and grocery stores are just walking distance. It has two bathrooms. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
The lift is old and small. It cannot fit a regular size stroller. (Hotel is on the 5th floor)
