We checked in at the mid night because of our overnight flight. The manager picked up the call very soon when we arrived and helped us to settle down quickly. The guest laundry was temporary out of services and he helped us with our laundry, both wash and dry. The room is a little bit dated but well equipped, the small kitchen have everything you need for a short stay. One of our room's aircon was leaking and the manager tried to called for help, but actually it was midnight and new year holiday so no one can help. But he then moved us to another triple room on the next day and gave us extra mattress and bedding. He had done his best to help so we still enjoy the stay very much!

The room for 4 adults is a bit too small that we cannot open our suitcases, so better for you to book a separate room if you are more than two guests.

Good location, close to shops and eateries. The laundry was delivered to the rooms. Check in and out were seamless.

Would be nice if there’s a swimming pool and outdoor games available for kids. My room needs a room upgrade as the carpet reeked of cigarette smoke, the stovetop had permanent burnt stains.

good location and facility is clean

room is too small for family of four. it is designed for two people. when the sofa bed is unfold, it blocks the door and the entrance completely which is extremely hazardous in the event of emergency. the only windows in the bedroom don’t have safety stay. people from outside can put their hand through the window to reach the person sleeping in the sofa bed or possibly unlock the door if their arm is long enough. and it was pretty frightening when loud noises and the fight broke out around 2am in the property. someone got stabbed, we learnt afterwards.

Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. Best shower I've ever had in a motel.

Tired facilities. Aircon didn't work, tv remote missing, safe out-of-action.

Around 50% of this property is used as emergency housing for homeless or at least people who know NZ welfare system and are taking advantage of it. This property after dark has security barricading the entrance to stop and he undesirable coming in to visit their friends living in there.

Clean and tidy room, good size and on the ground floor. Lovely decor, extra towels, small fridge but ask for more milk if you are a tea of coffee drinker.

Shower leaked down the wall but I did leave a note suggesting that they repair this to conserve water as they promote with towel washing.

Clean spacious comfy room. Excellent shower all facilities as promised.

The room was a great size, warm and comfortable. Good off road parking and walking distance to a supermarket. Good location if you are travelling from out of town and have appointments at Greenlane Hospital. The staff let us park in their car park during our appointment and the hospital is a 10min walk away.

Just a couple of small things, the kitchen didn't have a toaster for breakfast and sadly part of the motel is been used for emergency housing.
