The bed was the most comfortable bed ever!! It was wonderful - Great night sleep! Bathroom was modern and room very stylish.

There was nothing I didn't like about our room.

When I arrived at 10 am, tired out after an overnight flight, the ladies at reception went out of their way to check me in quickly instead of making me wait until 2 pm. I didn't ask for this but they obviously saw I was exhausted and volunteered to check me in early. Service over and above. Luxury and wonderful staff. What more can I i say? An excellent visit.

Staff were very efficient and friendly despite the large volume of guests. The room was very comfortable and VERY quiet even though we were right next to the airport. Great location to walk across the road and catch our plane early the next morning after a fast check-out. The bar and restaurant were lively and good too.

Bar staff were few and far between in the evening, but it was very busy.

So gut wie alles.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable which was just what we needed after a long day travelling. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception desk which put my partner and I at ease since it was our first time booking anything ever haha! Location was extra handy being right across the road from the airport and the fast checkout made everything so much easier for us. The restaurant had a delicious selection and the service from the bar was excellent! It took a while to get a hold of room service in the evening but that was only because they were extremely busy, the meal came very quickly after being ordered though which I was grateful for. Overall it was a terrific experience, will definitely be staying again on our next travels.

Proximity to airport

I was thankful for the bed after many hours of delays at the airport. The staff were particularly caring and I appreciated their gentle caring attitude. Thank you.

Lovely clean room, fantastic bed. Woke up feeling very refreshed!

Shower over the bath, big step to get in and it was very slippery getting out. Water had leaked through the glass privacy screen. You had to hop in to reach mixer tap to turn on Not ideal.

The bed was very comfortable

The hotel gave us a lovely upgrade with some extras as an apology for a previous mistake (which was not Their there fault as such)

On arrival 400.00 Nz dollars were taken from my credit card without telling me the reason .I only find out after one week that it was security and will be returned to me .I paid it as cost of one night stay.on my check out they again took 399.00 from my credit card without my permission I am still waiting after 4 weeks for so called security to return back to my credit card account I have stayed around the work in last 30 years. No body normally ask for security especially, when they have your Credit card details. Normally everything is sorted out on checkout even in 5 star hotel I have already reported the amount taken from my credit card without informing me as a illegal/ Disputed transaction I will go all the way to get my money back I never expected such a fraud from 4 star hotel

Right near check in, and we always use between planes when appropriate. Modern, comfortable rooms. Just what you need.

Obviously fabulous location and amazing staff. Especially Cheryl and Thomas in the bar but also the Reception staff (didn’t catch names) best hotel staff ever absolutely made our stay and left a smile on our faces. Thank you
