The bed was comfy , lovely hot powerful shower.

The hot breakfast was poor, very pale looking sausages, cold bland scrambled eggs and strange tasting mushrooms. No hot beverage available with breakfast, how strange. First time ever . Noone cleaned my sink but left clean towels when I didnt need them. No coffee sachet left for me everyday. Dining room service poor, from selected staff. Not offered cutlery, water. Had to keep asking for service. Need to up the attentiveness to guests.

We were very lucky to get a room upgrade that had a full kitchen facility & washer and drier PLUS breakfast so we could not complain, if we got that deal again, we'd stay there every time we came to Auckland!

We've stayed here in the past and it's looking a little tired now, only little things but could just do with a bit of love. The basin plug was missing in the bathroom sink, the shower drain cover was loose and there's scrapes and marks on the big metal beams that run through the room.

We tried a bigger room then normal as the price wasn't too different to a smaller room. It was fantastic.

The room was very comfortable. The location of the is ideal - close to rhe motorway to head south.

Check-in after hour service. Despite ringing twice to let them know I will arrive after 9pm but before 10pm. When I arrived and pressed the intercom button I was told my name was not on the arrival list. I was left standing outside for 5 minutes. The customer service person contacted the duty manager but failed to tell me. I pressed the buzzer and asked what's going on. She giggled to which I said she was rude and not helpful. The duty manager turns up and tells me I'm not on the arrival list. He asked to see the messages on my phone and checked the computer at reception to find my name and an envelope with my bmnam3 was in the key box.

Good location. Close to Rainbows End, lots of eateries and the motorway.

Hard to find car parks. Smallish rooms.

I thought it was value for money and reasonably close to airport and the area I need to be in for business

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Facilities were clean and the room size was perfect for a solo traveller like myself

Bathroom layout in Deluxe Hotel rooms was a bit awkward

Staff members at reception were very helpful and friendly. We were dropping a family member off at the airport so very handy location.

Doors to the bathroom swing into the toilet in the deluxe hotel rooms making entry a bit awkward. Maybe upgrade to cavity sliders or doors that swing out into hallway?
