Mooie locatie, groene omgeving, 10 min. buiten de stad op een heuvel. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, Allessandra doet erg haar best je te helpen. Eigen parking.

Het was ontzettend gehorig. Oordoppen mee dus! De appartementen zijn niet heel gezellig ingericht.

For anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, you should come and stay at Olivium. A property facing the scenic valley and the city lights could be seen at a distance. The rooms are spacious with all kitchenette amenities and a wonderful spacious washroom along with a private space with dining table and a sofa set with a division to your room. The property is beautiful and located on a hill. The laundry services are great. There is also an outer sitting space with chairs and umbrellas to give you the choice to seek sun or shade. We usually loved Walking around and enjoyed the beautiful pool side with ample number of sunbeds to rest and read in peace. Our greatest heartfelt thanks to the wonderful owner Nicola who went over and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect stay. He was kind enough to have us dropped to the train station which was situated downhill. Also, a great thanks to Florin who gave us amazing recommendations to the Cinque Terre Villages and what all to do at the La Spezia. Overall a wonderful stay with our hosts.

Our arrival was a hit tricky, since we arrived in 2 groups in different times on the same day, but the personel was really kind and understanding.

Very windy and narrow conditions to get to property.

Olivium is a very beautiful and clean property in the middle of the olive trees and close to the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. Our apartment was very clean, very spacious and well equipped. Nicola was a very friendly and welcoming host - he provided great advice to us (restaurant, supermarket, cities to visit, things to do). We can highly recommend Olivium.
