Location, clean comfortable room and very friendly staff

Air on not working but there was a fan.

The location was excellent . The breakfast was good plenty of choice and well cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the room clean and spacious. And a large shower. Aa a bonus. The outdoor space was ideal for. a drink after a day sightseeing.

Nothing really, would of been great for a hot choc drink for the child when we had a cuppa at bed time.

Lovely smiley staff. Plenty of room to move around in the room. Nice outside sitting area to have a drink or coffee. Clean and looks fairly newly decorated.

Struggled to set A/c and had to have windows open and bedroom was 1st floor at the side and was very noisy - bins, lorries etc For one night fine but glad I wasn't in that particular room for longer

Super great experience! Staff were super friendly and we had a very good time. Room was super.

Walls are super thin and at some point it seemed to be in the same room of our neighbour’s room. Not to mention the fact that they started singing in the middle of the night with very high volume. But definitely not hotel’s fault. Just a better soundproofing would be lovely.

Having stayed with Holiday Inn in numerous locations we were surprised to discover, without warning that there was only a very limited menu available at dinner ie pizza or burgers. We eventually settled for soup for my wife and veg risotto for me as we didn’t want the alternative. Had we been advised on arrival early afternoon we could have made alternative arrangements. For the first time we were somewhat disappointed with the Holiday Inn experience.

Easy parking, room was good. Comfy pillows and clean bed. Good shower space. Room clean. Good food.

Our room was pretty basic, toilet was low for me, bathroom shower smelled of damp, hadn’t been used for a while and water hadn’t been run daily as per Gov suggestion to keep smells and listeria away. Family in another room -their shower was clean and no smells on their room.
