Down a nice laneway so it is quiet, the gardens and pool are gorgeous. Rooms are nice and big. Staff were friendly and the aircon was lovely and cold.

The rooms are tired, I believe upgrades are happening as we could hear construction through the day. Felt like the entire place needed a good scrub with bleach but it wasn't filthy. One of my friends did have mould growing inside her room.

The pool was amazing, beautiful setting and the staff were lovely. Was gutted we’d only booked one night

Брали самый дорогой номер (семейный). Он оказался на 3 этаже, лифтов нет! Лестница очень крутая и скользкая, ребенку подниматься опасно из бассейна. В ванной дырка в потолке, из которой лезут насекомые. В спальне торчат провода у кроватей. Вид оказался на крышу! Все грязное. Куча Комаров. Завтраки оооочень скудные. Соки не натуральные. За отмену пришлось доплатить, как за 2 ночи.

I little run down ,but what you pay is what you get ,budget cost hotel .

Peaceful, the location is close to kuta beach, all the shopping areas, food joints, and the staff is very helpful.

The property is quite old and needs some renovations, especially the bathrooms.

The location was convenient but that was about the only good thing.

The water pipes were busted, the beds are so old you can feel the spring as you sit on it and they are so squeeky that it will squeak even if you put a towel on it. Most of the plugs are either not working or very slow, so phone takes all night to charge, if you ask them to change your room, the staff is incredibly rude about it, after multiple complaints they did but it was same situation in other room as well. Even the towels had holes in them. Not at all worth it.
