room rates are high…. and the facilities inside the room are not up to the standard. washroom is quiet small and not comfortable. room fittings are not proper such wall light, and dustbin found too dirty.. I think no proper inspection made proper to the Check in by supervisor

Loved the food. Loved the location and the property

While checking in the staff took almost 45 minutes. It wasn't smooth. I never got the complimentary cake I was told I will get. Cab transfers are super expensive compared to other local vendors There were hot water issues in the beggining. The room layout is upsetting.

Rooms could have been more spacious. Bathrooms need a little maintenance work.

Some families were large and noisy in the dining area... Inconsiderate... Maybe there can be separate seating for large families... Maybe you have silent zones... In the housing.

Very beautiful and nice location midst trees. Rooms are good with view of trees and birds chirping sound in the morning. Good buffet spread.

Bathroom floors when wet becomes slippery, even Buffet restaurant floors are slight slippery. Housekeeping to be more prompt but nothing major.

The overall experience was very good.Dedicated staff and very helpful .

The location is very beautiful and facilities are very good. Also staffs are very kind....

Basic amenities like dental kids, soaps, shavings kids are missing at rooms readily when we visited, so that we need to call sevaral times. Also they are taking time to check out process..... That too, many be due to rush of the people in huge numbers....

Room interior is not at all worth for the money we pay, there is no dental kit, razor, in-room slippers etc. Food quality is not good... Sambar they serve is jain sambar... There is no bath tub.... Very connected toilet... What all to type i don't know... Worst experience... There was no power in my toilet, Mr mani from maintenance came, but he said it will take time.... I used my fone 🔦 to use the toilet....

Crowded. Poor spa maintenance and expensive additional activities beyond the package.

It is just a ok ok place like any other resort. There is nothing special about club Mahindra in itself. They gave us a complimentary Cake for our anniversary but did not care to check if we were Vegetarians or Non Vegetarians.

Not value for money. Many resorts provide activities as well inclusive of the stay. But here every activity carried additional fee. Even the simple foosball or 10 mins of striker game was charged additionally at exorbitant prices. A chef's special Chats had no takers because it was exorbitantly priced. Except the price there was nothing great about the taste. Many ingredients and veggies we get on a chat corner did not even exist in this chef's special chat. Chefs are dressed well, except that nothing was there in the taste. Chefs are not sensitive to the likes and dislikes of the Vegetarians. Vegetarians are not asked their preference at all. Reception staff are well dressed but dont speak the regional Kannada language. Nor their English is Good. The party organizer too had bad English and did not sound funny at all.
