Nothing! Absolutely nothing! The worse value per price ever!

Where do I begin? 1. The "quiet" rooms are not quiet at all, you hear the noise from the road! 2. I didn't sleep almost at all for two nights. The pillows are awful, very harsh! I left with neck pains. 3. The swimming pool + SPA are just stinks! We entered to check whether we want to use these facilities, and ran away, of course without using them! 4. The breakfast was very - very bad. The choice is poor! But the "best" is ahead - the fruits were ROTTEN! It is the WORSE value per price I ever got in any hotel, ever! Can't understand who gave them the rating, but something "rotten" with that as well.

Around spa area was some kind of construction, also on the way to spa. Was looking not completed, some protection around, some scaffolding even or something like that. Spa area in fact quite small. Just Turkish and Finnish sauna, one pool with Jacuzzi and few showers. but if you are not making any treatments, is nothing to do in spa. I made treatment with scrub, mask and massage. Perhaps it is after salt scrub and oil, but now all my hands covered in rash. You have to ask water, otherwise they will not bring it. pay for bathrobe (they are explaining that you can use it in spa), but hotel with 4 stars should give it for free normally. I was out of room from the morning till 14 but nobody cleaned room. But when I came back and decided to take a rest, cleaning lady was so persistent and was trying to convince me to clean up at least bathroom. Meanwhile when I asked he to bring water she just ignored and later on the reception they said “yeah, because you have to ask us”. Quite pure breakfast. Almost no fruits. Also not any variations of cheese, only one type. Finally, I decided to leave earlier, as, cannot say that it was really good staying.

The people working there are putting a lot of effort to please the guests. The bedrooms are really nice and comfortable.

Very good staff, a quiet location, and a very clean hotel.

We booked our stay for 6 nights and the breakfast was the same every day, so it was a little bit annoying. The hotel has only an outdoor swimming pool. There was no sound insulation in the rooms.

Located in a quiet area full of greenery. Room was very clean and cozy. Staff superfriendly and helpful! Breakfast could be a bit better, 8/10

Welcome at arrival, the interior design is elegant yet subtle, food for dinner was very tasty, excellent bed and sheets, breakfast also nice experience starting with atmosphere music, great food and extra kind Nicoletta...all in all very causy, relaxing and on good location. Thanks to very kind staff.

The rooms are very comfortable and it’s the best choice for a weekend. The spa zone was perfect even should be a little more systemized. The massage services are very good and the specialist of the massage center are amazing !!

The internal part of the way to the Spa from the room should be organized better and the gym should have a better position.

The Staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and excellent location, great facilities. The Breakfast and Restaurant were fabulous 100% would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Madame Nicoletta who was responsible for the breakfast in the big and great breakfast hall was a very special person. Always friendly and open for all wishes from the guests. My whole family was very impressed from her and her hospitality! Thanks a lot Nicoletta!
