the location is not very convenient for people without car

Breakfast was excellent, as was the overall service and friendliness of the owners. Everything was spotless and our room was large and comfortable.

The location is a little away from the core of Karuizawa, so you will need a car or bicycle to get around.

The owners/staff are a very friendly and kind couple. They made us feel very at home. The husband speaks English and was even kind enough to make me a vegan breakfast after we requested one in advance. Would definitely stay here again.

A bit far from the station so you have to take a taxi. The hotel helps you book the taxi.

Host is very friendly and makes wonderful breakfast!

The room was clean and we had comfortable stay.

We had Noisy neighbor. It was scary because we heard some loud noises in the middle of Night. Might be drunk neighbor.

The staff was really kind. Room was also cozy. We also enjoyed the breakfast so much. Jacuzzi was also nice and relaxing.

There was no Microwave available for the guests to use at their free will. (But the staff offered to microwave the food for us.) Its better if they could provide one at the common area near the rooms.

Steven was so nice & accommodating. He made sure we get to see the candle illumination and also directed us to the Prince Snow Resort's location from the hotel.
