Das Hotel ist klein und fein. Eine Perle, zentrale Lage, eigener kleinen Strand, wunderschöne Architektur, großzügige Zimmer. Unser Zimmer mit Stadblick am ersten Stock war super geräumig, sauber und mit Balkon. TAGSÜBER haben wir es genossen! Wir haben das Ambiance , das Frühstück, der Lido Beach Club und die Liegestühle am kleinen Strand sehr genossen. Das Personal (Rezeption, Zimmerservice und Lido Beach) ist super, kompetenten und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind designiert, charmant und sauber.

Problematisch war das Lärm. Unseres Zimmer hat Strassenblick gehabt! Direkt nebenan sind 2 -3 Nachtclubs (karaoke und + ) die die ganze Nacht 11 bis 3 Uhr morgens lautstark Live-Musik spielt.. die Balkontüre vibrierte, es schwingt einfach alles mit. Entsprechend konnten wir in unseren 6 Nächten (von 11-3h) trotz Oropax fast nicht schlafen, erst ab 3 h war der Schlaf wieder möglich. Ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick wäre viel besser! Zimmer mit Strassenblick ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Mysigt hotell med läge mitt i stan. Lido Beach Club som ligger i anslutning till/i hotellet är supermysigt och serverar bra frukost och andra lunch & middagsmiddagar. Stort plus till Alma i receptionen som verkligen gjorde allt för att göra vår vistelse så bra som möjligt

Bad uttrycklingen om ett tyst rum när jag bokade men fick precis tvärtom. Vårt rum vette mot gatan där det låg en bar och nattklubb som spelade extremt högt. Trots öronplugg somnande hela familjen typ 03.00. Vi var på väg att avboka hela vistelsen p g a detta men fick byta rum in mot gården, vilket var en enorm skillnad...så vi stannande. Bilderna är lite missvisande då stranden i anslutningen till hotellet är minimal och "halvmysig" då det ligger sandsäckar på stranden för att hindra erosion...fungerar men inte särskilt vackert. Ett tips är att låta alla sandsäckar åtminstone vara bruna/beiga så det smälter in med varandra och stranden. Nu hade en mix av vita och bruna....inte så bra

Bij het hotel was er niet echt een strand. Er is geen hoog en laag water. Het water staat in de winter tot aan het "terras". Alles was goed op loop afstand te doen. Ontbijt was ok. Er is een standaard ontbijt, een beetje fruit, een geroosterde boterham met boter en jam. Verder mag je van de kaart één gerecht kiezen.

De bedden zijn aan de kleine kant. Er lag enkel een laken op. Nu is het erg warm daar maar een heel dun dekbed had toch wel fijn geweest. Er is erg veel lawaai 's avond laat en begin van de nacht.

El bar/restaurante es una maravilla es precioso, la vista un espectáculo, la atencion 10/10 y la comida exquisita. Quiero decir que soy muuuuy quisquillosa, no me conformo fácil, pero este hotel es muy bueno, la limpieza 10/10, la decoración y el patio es espectacular, todo me encanto!

Las camas y almohadas las cambiaria, es lo unico que no cumple muy bien.

a localização é excelente. fizemos tudo a pé. no entanto, por ser perto dos bares da 5a avenida, pode ficar barulhento a noite. o café da manhã no Lido na praia é um diferencial. rede ótima na porta do quarto. cama e travesseiros bons

limpeza do quarto só arrumou a cama e toalhas, não varreu o chão, por exemplo. chuveiro instável, algumas horas aquecia, depois fica frio e por aí vai.

El hotel está genial, por lo menos la habitación que nosotros tuvimos. Era muy amplia, espaciosa, muy bonita decorada y bastante nueva. El baño algo pequeño pero era cómodo también y todo estaba muy limpio. El personal extremadamente amable y encantador, que nos ayudó a elegir sitios para cenar las dos noches que estuvimos allí y nos recomendaron comida local muy buena alejada de la zona de fiesta (nosotros sólo nos alejamos aquí para poder ir a Cozumel).

Al estar en esa localización al lado de la calle principal es inevitable escuchar la música de las discotecas por la noche en algún momento determinado, pero nada que unos tapones para los oídos y el cansancio de todo el día no arreglen.

The hotel is very well located, very accessible and easy to walk around the downtown area. The beach area in front of the hotel is very small, but it was a nice place to have meals. The breakfast is delicious.

I think it's a bit expensive for what we're getting there, the hotel doesn't have any luxuries, but it's a solid option. You may hear some music from the street at night.

Private feel yet right in the middle of the town. The casitas are adorable and we much bigger than we expected. Staff was very friendly.

No smoking on entire property and it doesn’t have a pool (which we knew when we booked it) but it still would have been nice to have a pool bc of the horrid humidity.

The beach is almost gone and full of sargassum. It’s not the hotel fault but it is not the nicest place for a beach holiday.

It was a gorgeous boutique hotel on the beach. Incredibly clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was delicious.

The staff has been the highlight of our stay. Shout out to Hector, Christian and Alma who helped us with our tours and all of our questions!! I booked a taxi from the airport from their partners and it was a nice addition at a fair cost. Mind that there’s little to no space for parking in the hotel or neighborhood. The place is adorable, well kept, and blessed with working a/c. It’s linked to their partner restaurant on the beach, which is a really cool place. They offer a really good breakfast there, and if you take a tour and are not able to eat the hotel will ask them to pack a lunch for you. The beach place turns into a bar at night and it’s really popular with loud music. It can bother people trying to sleep, but I didn’t mind too much. The sea at Playa del Carmen was filled with sargassum so we only used the available seat (at no additional cost) once to relax, however they have a limited amount available so I’d plan accordingly. Also, the location of the hotel is super convenient. Literally everything you can possibly need is just a few steps away.

Area can be very noisy because of clubs on 5th Ave. You are not allowed to use sunbeds at night, they are taking it out. Bungalow looks bigger on the pictures. breakfast is not a buffet.

very well situated, in the middle of the quinta avenida the beach club has a reasonably priced menu staff was overall helpful (except after check-out, they became weirdly rude)

Rooms are not well isolated, you hear the loud music and clubbing until very late at night Paying a caution/giving a piece of identity for beach towels is ridiculous when you are a guest of the hotel and they have your room number and card info! Electricity was cut for +10 hours one day, seemed normal to staff if you stay a little long, service deteriorates (we waited for +1H30 for a simple breakfast on our 3rd day) On our last day we checked out early and stayed at the beach, we were refused beach towels to shower, dealt with some very rude staff, had to leave without showering the kids, it left a very very bad impression on us!

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant connected to the hotel had great food and drinks.

The hotel is right on the beach, which is nice, BUT the shoreline was covered with algae. I know this is NOT the hotel's fault, the entire shoreline was covered with algae but, given that the hotel does not have a pool and the algae got in the way of swimming, it got in the way of fully enjoying our stay. Also, as many reviewers have mentioned, that part of Playa del Carmen becomes a party town at night with extremely loud non-stop music, even with earplugs we could hear the loud music. This again, is also not the hotel's fault, the loud music is all over that part of Playa del Carmen.
