Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice ambience. Gorgeous bathroom. Clean beach - little to no seaweed.

The staff was top notch. Great pools (perfectly heated). Complimentary hydrotherapy.

We've had better food and drink at another 5 star all-inclusive. To get premium pool seating you needed to wake up at 7am.

the grounds and pool were beautiful, the activities were varied and fun, the buffets were good,

the beach was gross, there were not enough pool chairs, we weren’t given the room we booked, the lunch restaurant by the pool was not good, it felt like things were opened later than expected and closed earlier-like being in the pool in the shady part of the day at 4-5 and we were being herded out.

food was amazing. nicest beach very clean. great service. spa was outstanding.

some of the staff try to sale you on upgrades when you arrive. this is a big waste of time. they have a dress code for men and not for women.

Staff was wonderful! Food was outstanding. The resort is on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach.

One of the smoking areas was located along side of building 12 so it was hard to enter our room without getting a face full of smoke.

Great value for money and an absolutely beautiful resort! Staff were so friendly and helpful! The event team in particular really went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a good time!

Loved loved loved this place! Abosulty stunning and above and beyond in terms of customer service and facilities! There was always something to do....you never even need to leave the resort. There was a show or 2 every night and plenty of surprise activities/events during the day. Our concierge (Roberto) and the pool concierge (Alex) and server's (Daniel and Elliot) took amazing care of us! We felt so spoiled and blessed during our stay...we were sad to leave.

Staff were exceptional. The food, drinks, entertainment, pool, and beach were phenomenal. This was our second time here and plan to be back. We’ve been to many 5 star resorts and Secrets Maroma Beach is the only one we’ve come back to and plan to be back!

We had a miscommunication during check in that resulted in us waiting 2 hours for our luggage to be delivered to us.

Everything is gorgeous, clean, and well taken care of. The resort didn't feel over crowded and there was enough space for everyone.
