Location..was good..

Mattress..no cover,thin sheet, awful pillows, kitchen and bathroom horrible..clean but old and run down beyond repair..to be fair, I think some if the rooms were remodeled..outside had a sitting area but garbage everywhere! thankfully we only stayed one nite while waiting for rental. Staff practically non existent. WAY too much money for facility.

If it’s a central location you’re after this place ticks the box. We only made use of the accommodation, so I can't comment on the other facilities.

The apartment was shabby, smelly and dark and could do with a total refurb. It didn't feel particularly clean, there were used coffee grinds in the machine and many fittings were broken or worn.

The ground floor apartments provide an exceptional location for a short or long stay in beautiful Puerto Morelos. The well equipped separate kitchen/dining area with full size fridge/freezer, two burner gas hob, microwave and coffee machine means self catering or just keeping the drinks cold is super convenient. A spacious separate bedroom with ensuite and outdoor seating complete the picture. There is a social roof top seating area with small pool, hammocks and ocean views. The whole complex is 2 minutes walk to the central square, large supermarket, multiple restaurants and the lovely beach. The onsite staff are helpful and accommodating although English is limited.

Not a criticism but the place is a little tired and rundown. A small investment could really lift it. The bedsheets are threadbare, the towels have seen better days, the furnishings have seen better days. But this certainly didn't impact on the enjoyment of my stay. If I stayed long-term I would likely have shouted myself a new towel or two, but overall the price, location and facilities made up for small shortcomings.

The location of this property is excellent for staying in Puerto Morelos. The beach is a three minute walk and restaurants, shops and nightlife are closer than that. The pool area and rooftop deck are plusses. The value was good as was the kitchen that we used for several meals.

The shower had no hot water for the three days that we stayed.

This is a great mid range value stay. We were there for 1 night before flying home but easily could have stayed a few nights. Great location, size and communak spaces.

The outdoor space is wonderful, top roof to see sun rise with coffee.

The kitchen was not well stocked and just old dull stuff.

Schöne Lage im Zentrum mit Meerblick, viele Restaurants und der Strand um die Ecke. Schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Hängematten und kleinem Pool. Ideal für den Tag vor der Abreise, nur 25 Min. mit dem Auto zum Flughafen.

Die Küchenzeile ist sehr alt und das Geschirr war dreckig. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber selten anzutreffen.

Estuvimos agusto, ya que la ubicación esta muy buena y hay transporte para poder salir a varios lugares, de la habitación en la que estuvimos el tamaño estaba agradable, La piscina esta muy agusto

De la piscina el agua estaba fría, faltan algunos utensilios para facilitar la cocinada, la televisión fallo casi todos los días de la estancia y el aire acondicionado de uno de los cuarto y de la sala de estar fallaba constantemente y le faltan algunos detalles como mantenimientos en la instalación pero de ahí en más todo bien.

La ubicación, la piscina, pero podría estar un poco más limpia.

La habitación muy oscura, todo muy descuidado en general, le falta una renovación y una buena limpieza, estaba todo bastante sucio, las almohadas eran de papel.

No cleaning service until after we left. No tissues, not enough toilet paper, cockroaches in the shower.

The Wi-Fi which we needed worked the first night and that was it . The second afternoon we came and found ants on our bed as well as other critters . I called booking and they even tried to call you and could not speak because no one spoke English . We stayed 2 days and left /rented another Airbnb . Booking called the property twice and no one would speak English so I guess my paying for 5 days we didn’t even stay at the property . This really needs to be managed better and someone needs to be a translator on this business . Also the pictures on booking 100 perfect do not match every room ours was something I had not seen before . My wife is pregnant and there was no way i was going to let her stay here .. wish I could have gotten a refund for the trouble but again no one speaks English or refuses to just because

Nothing, it is a horrible place.

Poor facilities, terrible information, aggressive host, shabby accommodation. Pictures are very deceptive. When you arrived there is no sign of where to go: upstairs there is a "Welcome" sign but if you go through that door you will be "welcomed" by angry dogs and a threatening man (the nasty charmless owner). We arrived at the time agreed but the room was not ready. It claims there is guest parking but only in reality it is very limited. It is cheaper than other places but you get what you pay for: a terrible experience.

Goog location, nice place, friendly staff, nice swimming pool with sea view

Bit disappointed as no one answered the phone and no one answered the question sent though the app. Still do not know which phone number is the correct one to contact the staff. Light stay on all night and no proper curtain to block the light from the outside door way so not easy to sleep as light is on all night.

Cleanliness has room for improvement. I would like to offer feedback, not as criticism for Room 5: Shower head sprinkles all over the place. Matress cover or thicker sheets would make a it a bit more comfortable. Bathroom walls and drapes could use a good wash. Safety box did not work You can certainly live with all of that, but it could be improved.

I liked the property but I have one very important concern. they have no mattress protection between the sheets and the mattress. That’s very disgusting, you have no idea what goes on in those beds. they need to purchase the mattress covers that will protect you against BEDBUGS, BED LICE and other nasty stuff. they have very limited dishware, fork, knives, spoons and decent knives to cut anything with and only one huge frying pan. they really need to update the necessities in the kitchen. there was nothing to dry the dishes with too they did offer a rack to dry your clothes on. it was good and Lucy and Jennifer are amazing, whoever the owner is they need to get mattress protectors covers ASAP. That’s a huge health concern for anyone and add some more utensils in the kitchen area. please contact them about the mattress protection thank you Rosemary Nowe

NO MATTRESS PROTECTION COVERS ON THE BEDS. They need to purchase proper covers, the ones that protect people from BED BUGS AND BED LICE

Pool overlooking the sea was a lovely place to relax, and the beds were very comfy. Staff were friendly.

Our toilet flush broke, was improperly fixed, then broke again. We were told it would be fixed again the next day. We had to ask a few times to change rooms as having a non flushing toilet for 2 days is not ok. We eventually were able to change rooms.
