Great hotel. We always stay there when visiting London. 5 minute walk from St. Pancras trainstation and Kings Cross underground. Location is excellent. Great pubs nearby. And just a few minutes on the underground away from most toplocations in London Beds are comfy and clean. So is the bathroom. We had a room with no windows but that didn' t bother us. Airco was very nice.

There is not really a lobby or restaurant or anything like that. No contact check in. You get a code that opens the frontdoor and your room. We found it easy, but someone might prefer contact. If you need to spend more time in your room due to bad weather, ir might feel a bit small.

Nicely furnished, very comfortable room.

Great place to stay for Kings Cross Station

- location - proximity to King's Cross St. Pancras Station and everything I need. - toilet and bathroom is big enough - I booked a room for 2 but I stayed alone. The bed is wide enough. - There is hair dryer, kettle - I requested for a room in the ground floor and they gave me room at ground floor

- Room has no window. It smells damp when entering the room - Sound from outside and from the upper floor can be heard - The lock in the room was not working when I am about to go out. I was surprised! So all along when I was inside my room, the door is not locked. I told the reception about it. She tried to fix may times but cant fix, So she called the maintenance. She asked me to go and she assures me that no one will enter my room. - No complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea

Nice room, very clean and hotel in a great location.

El 26 de Agosto de 2023 realicé una reserva entrada el 28 de Junio 2024 y Salida el 1 de Julio en este hotel, lo había contratado con cancelación gratuita hasta 28 días antes de la fecha del viaje, con lo que el día 01 de Junio me cobraron el total de la reserva. Lamentablemente el día 26 de Junio falleció mi suegra y madre de mi acompañante, por lo que me he puesto en contacto con el hotel para tratar de que me rembolsaran los gastos de cancelación de la estancia o cambio de fechas, o que solo me cobraran el precio de la primera noche, aunque les estaba avisando con mas de 24 horas de antelación al check in . No han querido colaborar en nada, ni me han dado ninguna alternativa, demostrando por tanto una falta total de empatía y humanidad :(. On August 26, 2023, I made a reservation for arrival on June 28, 2024 and departure on July 1 at this hotel. I had contracted it with free cancellation up to 28 days before the date of the trip, so on June 1 I They charged the total reservation. Unfortunately, on June 26, my mother-in-law and mother of my companion passed away, so I have contacted the hotel to try to get them to reimburse me for the expenses of canceling the stay or changing dates, or to only charge me the price for the first night, although I was notifying them more than 24 hours in advance of check-in. They have not wanted to collaborate in anything, nor have they given me any alternative, therefore demonstrating a total lack of empathy and humanity :(.

The check in procedure, how close it was to the big stations, and I was surprised how comfy they made the room, even though there's not much space to work with. I had everything I needed!

Sometimes its a bit hard to get some fresh air in, especially in the middle of the night because of the noise and the way the window opens.

Very close to kingscross, it's honestly about a 3 minute walk away. Food places all around it...room is very good value for money and it is cleaned everyday! Super easy to access once checked it, hassle free! Shower and bathroom were also nice, you get give earplugs, a complementary drink at the pub next door and a cute little chocolate

Pillows we're very soft so just a little uncomfortable. It's on a main road so could be super noisy at times (not really the hotels fault but worth mentioning) they do give you ear plugs though.
