Really good location, a short easy walk to the main beach, restaurants and two good supermarkets. Comfortable and reasonably well maintained apartment with nice living room / indoor dining table and well appointed kitchen with good washing machine, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Used electric hob once with no issues. Didn't need to use air-con. Luz has some excellent restaurants. We tried loads and had really great food every night. Remember to book though as they are very popular especially if dining around 7 - 9 pm.

Outside furniture could be updated at minimal cost - white plastic table and chairs which are old and one of the chairs was broken (and partially repaired, so was usable) Microwave - not used - could also be updated. Safe in bedroom cupboard didn't work but again that wasn't a huge issue. Small terrace with sea view really is small and not usable for eating out on. However it's quiet and not really overlooked at all. Larger terrace off bedroom is good size but overlooked, although didn't stop us using it for breakfasts and lunches.

Lovely spacious apartment in great location within easy reach of everywhere. Two balconies- one with a great sea view. Plenty of storage space in bedroom and a full length mirror in hall which is definitely a bonus !! Andre who was our Meet/Greet and contact for our stay was great/ very helpful and spoke very good english The apartment looks exactly as in the photos. Would definitely recommend !!

Only a couple of niggles - beds don't seem to be full length and my partner had to sleep at an angle across the bed and he's not 6ft tall Think this has been mentioned in a previous review!! There is not a plug socket near the mirror in the bedroom or in the hall so the only place you can dry your hair is in the bathroom !! Maybe an easy solution would be to provide an extension lead!!

Location was fine, just a stroll to anything you needed, beach restaurants supermarket, air conditioners were great.

The beds were small, this wouldn’t of been a problem but they were bedsteads with wooden top and tails.anyone over 6 feet tall would have a problem.Also pillows were very small, child like. Be careful in the shower as adjuster for hot & cold can easily move if you turn around ..ouch!

Location is very good and also the apartament.
