The staff were really kind and helped us check in a few hours early! The breakfast was also fantastic!

The breakfast was fantastic. it was a very busy bank holiday weekend. Staff were obviously ridiculously busy and continued to be pleasant.

I would have liked soap in the shower as well as the shampoo.

We chose The Elizabeth for the location, on the seafront, and the beautiful interior design. However, it surpassed even those expectations. The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and they helped us with with a variety of enquiries. The room was lovely, with some nice artwork and everything we needed for our stay. We slept really well and the breakfast was really well presented and excellent quality. There is a very attractive bar lounge and dining room, and a seating area looking out to the seafront, where you can watch the World go by. We definitely will return one day.

I would recommend reserving parking. It was a busy time and there was very limited free parking on the seafront.

All the staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. They all went out of their way to please us and they were so friendly. Parking was easy as spaces were private and clearly numbered. Hotel is right opposite the beach and close to shops and Connaught Gardens.

The room was small but we were not in it very much. Every thing worked, heated towel rail meant we could re-use towels. Bed was smaller than ours at home but we slept well but we slept well.
