Room was ok Evening meal was poor and Breakfast not the best if i stayed here again i would just book room not meals.Location and Parking was excellent.

Everything. This is a lovely victoriana hotel right on the seafront. My daughter and I loved our room, so clean, fresh and an amazing view of the beach. Staff were amazing, great breakfast every morning. We also loved the fact that our room was cleaned every day, with clean bedding every day. We definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again if we visit weston again.

The lift being out of order, but we're told about this beforehand. Didn't affect our stay though.

The room was superb - had a sea view room with big windows so we could lie in bed and watch the sea outside. The room was clean and well laid out.

The lift was out of order and my husband is disabled which was unfortunate. We were emailed once we booked to notify us of the lift in which I called and asked we are on a lower floor so my husband didn't have to struggle too much. The breakfast was ok but not worth the extra in my opinion.

A grand old building being well looked after on what must be a tight budget. Comfortable bed and room. Enjoyed breakfast and the bar. Staff friendly and helpful.

Building is fantastic and was a return to the hotel from my childhood. Twin room was nice, breakfast was good, staff friendly, nice to know was dog friendly. Bar was fine and gave me ice for drinks in room. Beds and linen were clean and comfy.

Very dated. Stairs, halls and rooms need redecoration. Reception and bar areas have broken and dated furniture. Lift out of order (which the hotel informed me of at the time of booking and prior to arrival,which I anticipated would be fixed, but still not working at to arrival). My group was ok but lots of other guests massively struggling with stairs. Obvious that most clientele was of the older variety as stair lift at entrance (ironic as no working lift!). Double room very small and obvious damp damage on walls. Was hoping for a bath in both rooms, but in neither. No fridges in rooms to chill drinks.
