we were never told gratuity was added to each bill so we tipped too much repeatedly- also, depending on where you eat at this resort the exchange rate changed from 16.6 to 18.8 to 20
all in the same day. also, one place charged incorrectly for the same drinks. otherwise great place but super expensive

Beautiful location
On booking I was looking for TWO beds. this location had only ONE bed with a pull out sofa that had NO extra set of bedding. On top of that the WiFi NEVER worked and I had no cell service. The hotel was not able to fix it. Sine there was no bed my friend had to spend extra on another hotel because the sofa not only was missing bedding but was hard as a ROCK.
Its ridiculous to go to a expensive location and have no WiFi or bedding.

Extremely well manicured property!! One morning I saw staff wiping doing the railing around the property and lower balconies. Beach was very nice. Staff always around making sure everything was good.

The entire stay was wonderful, easy, and incredibly comfortable. We felt safe and taken care of. Facilities staff was kind, fun, and professional. I cannot wait to come stay again. This facility has everything you could ever need.

The property was beautiful and well located. The condo was pretty and comfortable. We rented a car and it was easy to get to restaurants and places quickly.
The only thing that could have been better was that the restaurant at the pool closed at 6pm - after that they didn’t serve anything…no drinks, no snacks - which just felt early.

We arrived a few hours before our check in time, so I didn't expect the room to be ready right away. But the resort had the room ready within 30 minutes of our arrival! The room was spectacular with an amazing view. And it was quiet, we couldn't hear any of our neighbors.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The resort is on the beach and close to any of the beach bars/restaurants which makes it extremely accessible to the fun Cabo has to offer/
I would 100% stay here again and hope to be back soon

While the room was getting ready we were able to have lunch.
The apartment was comfortable, well kept with all the details you may need, and with a welcome staff who offered to buy groceries ahead of arrival and prepared margaritas with guacamole and chips. Great service for apartment 2405. The cleaning lady came every other day. For a family of 4 was fantastic because we have 2 rooms and 3 full bathrooms. It felt like being at home.
We wish the property was ready at the time we arrived. Not a big deal but after a half a day trip we wanted to change.
