Very nicely designed room, super spacious and very comfortable. The staff was ok, but one of them, Papu, was especially kind and soffisticated, quick to understand what i needed and very helpful.

Sometimes the staff was too nosy, like once i had a guest during daytime, so the reception called my room, disturbing us, to ask if this was the friend i told them might join me on my last night. The room wasn't immaculately clean as I'd expect from a 5 stras hotel - there was dust in the coset drawers and on bedroom furniture. The washer was broken, the staff had to remove it and replace it when i was in the room, which created mess and wet the rug. I'd expect a hotel at that star rating to check appliances before guest arrives. The room was described as "Lake view" but actually i got a swimming pool view. I was going to be charged more than the Booking.com reservation mentioned for breakfast. When I acknowledged the receptionist about this, she invented poor excuses why I do not deserve the price that was mentioned in the reservation, and only after I insisted, the manager intervened, and after long minutes of wait the promised price was approved. Unprofessional.

The studio was very large and well-stocked. Very comfortable bed. Chef in the restaurant ensured I could eat safely (required gluten-free food). The gym was well equipped and provided water and towels. Pool area was stunning and so peaceful and relaxing.

toilets not cleaned and maintained well. chargers for the pet is more than 5 star hotel., 5k for disinfect for the stay.,and 750 + taxes per day. and no food is provided for the pet. in the kitchen blender is not there . if you wish to cook your food bit difficult utensils not provided as much as it required
