I love the all inclusive part. The staff were all nice and helpful. He property was well maintained. There were activities for everyone from day to night. It’s a beautiful property.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. I guess one of the things I didn’t like was the pools and pool bars closing at 6 pm. The gym was a little hard to find at first.

At briefing after check-in, concierge forced us to select a paid activity for the next stay. After we said we were not interested, she stopped smiling and answering questions. When we arrived, Italian and French restaurants were no longer available for our 3 nights stay. Teppanyaki restaurant had a single set menu only and didn’t accept any food orders. We reserved a king bed suit, but that was not available. We stayed a 2 beds room instead. Shuttle bus was listed as one of the most popular amenities on booking.com, but there was no shuttle or free taxi service.

Fabulous staff and facility. Soooo clean and well maintained . It's really exceptional! We will be happy to return. Food was well presented in every restaurant offering.. These people care and do their jobs beautifully.

Not a thing worth mentioning!

- Quantity of drinks and food was high even though it was of low quality - outdoor pool is well maintained (4.3 ft depth all around) - good availability of cabanas and seats around the pool

- overall property and rooms are very dated, like from the 80s - no USB plug in room, few plugs, very dark rooms - After check-in, first stop was an upsell seminar for the next stay; when we said we were not interested, concierge stopped smiling and answering our questions - Food was bland especially desserts (ice cream was grainy and watery; steak was stringy); also they often run out of food - Available seating was late - usually at 8:30-9, which conflicted with the shows - Cocktails felt like they are made with low quality ingredients, with a bad aftertaste - bland piña coladas - You need to be very patient with service - waiters are not very proactive, straws don’t come with frozen drinks; you might be halfway done with dinner before you get your drink - Shows felt amateurish - very few people showed up and usually an older crowd compared with other resorts where people go early to save seats - We had chosen Iberostar for their activities but honestly there wasn’t too much and those on offer felt very fratty - Butler knocks on door at 9 am to check in — in general many interruptions if you are in the room (fully unnecessary for guests who want privacy) - Had to call down for housekeeping everyday - General feel of the resort is that people are working for tips and upsell

I personally can not express enough my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the Iberostar hotel. My stay has exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Iberostar star felt like home away from home. I stayed at the grand, which gave you exclusive access to the other two hotels on site. The scenery, the ambient, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the weather. This hotel is breathtaking and awesome. The staff is brilliant , checking in went smoothly. I was greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. This hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The room and the bed were equally comfortable. The bedding and the towels were comfy and soft against your skin. The entire staff, housekeepers, cleaners, securities, and the chef 👨‍🍳 were excellent. The food is excellent and there's lots of different types of cuisine to choose from, which is really good. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I was given during my stay. There's absolutely no question about returning back to the Iberostar in the very near future. Money well spent. Iberostar is simply the best !!!!! You are in my top 10 hotel. I am a solo traveller travelling from Europe to Africa, South East Asia, Canada, America, and the Caribbean. I have stayed in 5 Stars Hotel, and this is my first time staying at the Iberostar. I have absolutely no regret booking this hotel. Thumps up.

I loved that all the stuff were close by to the rooms. The food is always great. Great for couples and group trips.

They had a strict dress code for dinner despite being an adult only hotel, so don’t plan to be too sexy for dinner - top and bottom covered with opague clothing.

First I booked thru booking com and it said pay when you stay. My visit was Aug24th-29th .they tried to run my card July 29th. My expiration date was wrong so it kept declining and it took my updating the card info atleast 8 times a day for 2 weeks to get it right. Secondly, our double room wasn't ready at check in. Despite the fact we checked in 72 hours earlier than arrival. We were told to come back in about an hour or so but still nothing. My sister fussed a whole more and after three tries was given a double room. Thirdly, room service came quick but it was cold. All three rooms ordered and it was all cold even after we called back. Fourth, you can't go to a restaurant and get take it. They have enough food for the reservations. Unfortunately if twenty people reserve only 5 actually show up. Make your reservations on your first night. Fifth, liquor is limited they had smirnoff and Grey goose no Titos no kettle one so buy your bottle at dyfry in the airport if you drink something considered special.six, we literally had to wait everyday for cleaning although we requested 10 am. If they took two towels n clothes they never replaced them go figure

Didn't get the room I booked. Couldn't get hot room service. No take out at restaurants although reservations hadn't showed up.

the pools were great, beach was nice, food was wonderful. Most of staff were extremely cheerful and helpful. The event staff were talented, charismatic and funny. Even the gym was top notch!

The gym needs AC but was still really nice!

Breakfast buffet is very nice. A large selection of items. Every thing was very fresh. Other International theme dinning options very good as well. Great choices for a week long stay.

the property was right on the water, lobby, bar and outside pool area was very calming and relaxing

rooms need updating and signs are needed in the hallways to let you know where your going. it’s like a maze walking to your room

room was spacious and attractive with view and swing. the ambience was great and had moments of quiet then activity to meet the entertaining needs of all. gardening well manicure and breath taking. lighting at nights was romantic. spa, pools and dining areas, caffe was AWESOME 😎

there were limited signs to locate rooms properly. hallways felt like a maze initially and that was frustrating. no functional map of property.
