При бронировании искал варианты рядом с подъемниками, так как нас 6 человек, и мы ехали на горнолыжный курорт. Выбрали эти апартаменты только близкого из-за расположения от подъемников - 200 м от подъемника telecabina del tarter и 450 метров от подъемника TSD4 Tarter - так было указано в объявлении и описании. Так было написано на странице при бронировании. Апартаменты стоят дороже аналогичных, но понравилось расположение - забронировали. В объявлении был указан адрес Av d'Encamp. 29, Edifici Grizzly, Sant Pere, AD200, после подтверждения бронирования – дополнительно указан адрес - Carretera General, Urb Principat Parc, Bloque Francia, AD100 El Tarter, забив его в поисковик в интернете - переходит на страницу с указанием местоположения около подъемников. За день до нашего приезда, после внесения депозита мне прислали геопозицию по которой находятся апартаменты. По факту от данного адреса до указанных подъемников минимум 1 километр по прямой, а по дороге 1,5 километра вниз с горы и соответственно после катания обратный путь 1,5 км в гору, естественно никаких радом кафе и ресторанов нет. Бронировали данный вариант для того, чтобы пешком прийти домой после катания и отдыхать, плюс расположение в шаговой доступности от кафе и ресторанов - по факту все далеко. После размещения на следующий день решили доехать в офис, чтобы попробовать урегулировать вопрос. Естественно никакой помощи оказано не было - предложили оплатить билеты на автобус. Я просил вернуть часть средств, так как для комфортного приезда к подъемникам и возвращения домой нужно было арендовать микроавтобус. 2200 евро — это слишком высокая цена за апартаменты при таком расположении. В объявлении парковка, заехать не удалось - машина большая для данного паркинга. Сами апартаменты грязные, грязное постельное белье (различные пятна), волосы на чистом белье, пол не убран , грязные полотенца, апартаменты были прокурены марихуаной (запах был даже в холодильнике!), номер для некурящих.

The location is just perfect. Very close to lifts. We have rent a car, but actually it is not really needed unless you have other plans during your trip. The apartment is comfortable enough although it requires some repair. You can find all necessary staff for cooking, but the only unpleasant thing - there wasn't such simple and not expensive things like salt, sugar, toilet paper. Things we don't usually take on vacation and forget to buy in the store (we forgot😃 ). Still we had great holidays, so thank you!

BEWARE. This appartment does not exist. The address shown is an office in another town (Pas de la Casa, not El Tarter). The photos shown are selected from other appartments. The apartment is certainly NOT "located in Sant Pere del Tarter, few yards from Grandvalira's ski slopes". The booking agent Altissim directed us to another apartment but if was 1.5km from the ski lift and needed a bus journey each day to and from the lift. And the facilites were not the same as booked. Booking.com were made aware of this scam but several months later they continue to advertise this fictitious aprtment. And under their T&Cs they claim they cannot be held responsible unless the company advertising the fake apartment instructs them to remove the post. Save the hassle and book elsewhere.

Great location, spacious. Good price/quality.

Beds were not comfy. Could have had more than just two toilet rolls for 3 people and 6 nights!

Perfect location in front of El Tarter station, good heating, all the needed facilities in the appartment, indoor parking slot.

Checkin and checkout instruction could be a bit more clear.

Our stay in Altissim Tarter was great. This contributed to the beautiful Sunny weather, plenty of snow and smiles on the faces of people. We appreciated the convenient, close to the lift, the location of our apartments, excellent equipment for their everything necessary for rest and cooking. A little confused by the distinct audibility of guests from the neighboring apartment, probably, this is a feature of the building design.

Everything else was fine. With one exception. Communicating with the employee of office upon receipt of the keys in another city Pas de La Casa (!), we did not clearly understand the new address of our apartment and tried to find our housing at the old address specified in the sent documents. As a result, we are more than 4 hours trying to check in, calling all possible phones. At last it was succeeded as a result of the help, and we happily opened the door in the same building where there was a Parking. Perhaps we should have made our new address clearer! In addition, I would like to understand when the Deposit of 200 euros for damage to the apartment will be returned. It has been 4 days since our departure. and we left the apartment in its original form.
