Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable, sobre todo Tula, quien tuvo excelentes detalles hacia todos nosotros. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, y a pocos pasos del centro de buceo.

This place was the perfect spot on the water! The room was just like the photos and the beds were comfy. The room was a bit humid but that is just Belize. They did have a dehumidifier in the room to help with this. Its a local hangout spot which was nice to hang with the locals at the pool bar. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The location was right on the water and a 10 min walk to the "main town area" but also a nice walk along the beach to tons of bars and restaurants as well.

I suppose if I had to choose something it would be the pickup and drop off times for the hotel to take you to the ferry they don't start till 9am and end at 5pm. Other than that, everything was great

Quaint small resort in a great location. close to several beach bars/restaurants and very walkable to “downtown” San Pedro.

No elevator, but it’s only three stories (we stayed on 3), and you’re not really going up and down the stairs that much. once you walk out you’re generally leaving for the day to go exploring.

Great location steps from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great little bar, a great place to meet people and the bartender Gaby with super nice.

The staff were very friendly and responsive. The location was fantastic - far enough away from the bustle of downtown but close enough for a short walk. Plus right on the beach! And a fantastic restaurant next door and walking distance to everything. There was also a friendly resident cat who was a nice presence. Plus the view from the room (3rd floor) can't be beat! Also, free coffee in the morning was a nice touch, though we weren't offered the 'welcome drink' I've seen mentioned in other reviews.

My main complaint would be the noise, especially the loud music played every day at the little hotel bar next to the pool. It would start early afternoon and sometimes run past 11pm and was very loud and clear even from the 3rd floor. Not ideal if you need an afternoon nap or have to wake up early in the morning for a dive or tour- no ear plugs could fully drown it out. The beds were also quite old and outdated and I woke up with immense back pain one morning (and I'm a young healthy person so this was unusual) The taxi pickup from the airport (after the hours of the free ride) could have been better organized, as we ended up getting in the car with the wrong person after not being able to identify the correct one after waiting and asking around for quite awhile. Also didn't get a welcome drink like some others seem to have...

The vibe and all of the staff at Ocean Tide were amazing! Super helpful and fun. Location was a close walk to the centre.
