Great location, well set out room, very comfortable. Helpfull and friendly staff

Plenty of amenities great location all the staff was friendly and helpful. When I come back to San Pedro I’ll give Emanuel a call it’s a great spot to chill!

The unit is located right near the water. The interior of the resort is nicely designed and maintained with palm trees, decorative plants, and swimming pool. The apartment had everything we needed, including TV, drinking water, and kitchen. It has a little terrace/porch with a table and chairs and a nice view, where it was pleasant to just chill or have a meal. It is a min walk to supermarket where you can also rent a golf cart if available. Staff were very nice and helpful. It was very easy to communicate. Emanuel gave us lots of advice and helped us to rent a golf cart. He also arranged a pick up from the ferry (free of charge). It is only about 7 min walk to the ferry, but when you first arrive with luggage it is nice to be picked up. It felt great to be taken care of. We walked to all the places in San Pedro we needed. You can either walk along water on one side or through a street on the other. We only rented a golf car to get to the Secret beach for a day. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

I enjoyed our stay so much. Great communication from first point of contact and throughout. Room and grounds are well taken care of with the pool being the perfect temp. The view was amazing.

The street outside is so busy. I was nervous at first but quickly got over it . Nothing the resort can do.

Manager Emmanuel always there to help you if needed. Diveshop close nearby. Bar and restaurants many nearby. The condo kitchen well equipped. Bathroom shower good size. Lots of water pressure and hot water.

The communicating door between lower and upper condo should be eliminate and sound proof.

The pier is in front of the property. It is easy to snorkeling. The kitchen equipment was good enough for us. We made coffee and enjoy the view. My son caught fish and we could cook it. The property manager, Emanuel, was easy to talk. Our flight changed and we arrived San Pedro one hour earlier, he re-arranged the taxi to pick up us.

The location was absolutely perfect in several ways. It was close to the bridge so it was easy to travel to Secret Beach and other locations in the north. It has a seawall so we did not have issues with the seaweed invasion. This is very significant as many other properties were not so fortunate. The location is also close to many upscale dining and entertainment establishments in San Pedro. Finally the manager, Emanuel, was very friendly and helpful with every request we made. If we return to San Pedro we are very likely to stay at this location again.

There was nothing at all unpleasant about our stay at Tradewinds Paradise Villas.

The property location was fantastic, in the heart of San Pedro with lots of restaurants and beach bars in close walking distance. Emanuel took care of all our needs communication was top notch.
