Breakfast was wonderful! We had a continental included with our room and the banana bread was unreal! Staff were so friendly and really went out of the way to chat to you and get to know you. The pool was lovely and we also have a great couples massage! Location is great and the cost of taxis to and from the ferry are included in your stay which is a lovely touch!

We had an amazing stay at Victoria House! From the amenities to the customer service, we rate our stay a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely stunning property, kind and helpful staff, excellent service, comfortable accommodations, close to town.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, without being pushy. Our casita was cleaned multiple times a day. We haven’t tried the SPA services, but did get our diving certifications through their dive shop. Main highlight - dinners at Palmilla restaurant. Not cheap, but they really worth it!

Continental breakfasts were meh. We were expecting something buffet style and didn’t realize we had to order explicitly. There were lots of mosquitoes and nothing really helped - every night a few of them somehow got into the room and we had to fight them before going to sleep.

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful. Location was great and facilities were pristine. Wouldn’t change a single thing.

The people were very kind and nice. The resort was beautiful. Would love to stay there again.

The food at the hotel was okay. Some good things but some things that weren't the best. Would love to see them have specials to change up the menu daily. Also dor the price of the food expect the taste to be much better. Also our room was upgraded but the room was not well maintained. The sink was rusted and the showers needed updating.

We loved the property. The staff and atmosphere made us feel like a king and queen. It had classic travertine in the rooms with beautiful mahogany wood and light, clean accessories.

Location seemed good, removed from the chaos but close enough to easily access what we needed. Loved the intimacy of the facility-not crowded and easy to find space. Staff very professional, courteous and helpful.

Coffee makers in the room. Disliked having to walk to the restaurant every morning to get a carafe of coffee to bring back to the room. Menu-food was very good, but very limited and didn’t seem to change.

We enjoyed the bar restaurant very much and the outside dining.

We did not think the dinner food was that exceptional.

Hands down the most beautiful property in San Pedro. Everything is immaculately taken care of. The grounds, the rooms, and the food are incredible. Specially loved the turn down service every evening. Our room was cleaned and organized while at breakfast or while at the pool. Most importantly the entire staff are super friendly and willing to help with any requests. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property.

Victoria House was incredible! A mini resort if you will- all the services/amenities you want but without the hundreds of rooms/people. The food was PHENOMENAL and the hotel staff we so kind and accommodating. Close enough to town (10 min golf cart ride) but just far enough away from the hustle bustle.

Things were a bit pricey at the hotel (golf cart rental, food) but we expected that and the convenience is unbeatable.
