Comfortable room, nice and clean

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the pool, but it wasn't maintained and the water was green. It took forever for the food in the restaurant to be served, even just a cup of tea. First evening we waited 45 minutes before the waiter came back to tell us that they did not have steak. There seemed to enough staff around. The manager came to apologise - by blaming the waiter next to him. Embarrassing. The cords for the electric kettle in the room had the wires exposed and there was water lying on the floor where it was supposed to be plugged in. I decided not to experiment with using it. Only two hangers in the room, because they want people to ask for more (for tips, I assume).

Staffs are exceptional great in customer services. Facilities and location of hotel were fantastic.

It took me more than 25 minutes to get confirmed with my bookings with booking.com. I later found out that because my rate was cheaper than the seller rate of the room at the reception, they wanted me to cancel. That's not professional enough. The receptionist was so confused and was busy making calls and pressing her calculator. In an attempt to make me cancel from bookings.com, I insisted I be given the same rate as listed on my bookings.

Rooms were spacious, clean. The bed soooooo comfortable. Could have slept all day.

Breakfast variety is poor. Kitchen service too slow. And the kitchen does not know how to make soft boiled eggs?

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and the air conditioning was not working properly.

it’s getting old. food is too expensive as a couple,breakfast was for only one person had to pay for the other. it’s not like that in other hotels. lodging as a couple breakfast shld be for the couples

This is by far the best hotel with regards to room size and Morden deco. it was absolutely spotless and the bed was a delight .The reception staff were exceptional. I must specifically mention Grace, Joy, Sylvia , Itoro and the porter Promise. I am sure others were just as good but I interacted with these staff. They always had a smile on their face and were very willing to help and would actually go out of their way to help

This hotel would be a 5 star for me if they could change 2 things which really disappointed me . firstly there was no consistent hot water and on a lot of occasions I had to bath with water that was barely lukewarm. i complained several times but gave up after several times as I felt it may be a building issue and there was no quick fix for it . I was told the only way I could manage this was to call in the morning so the hot water could be reset.The breakfast was cold by the time I came at 9.50am. If only the could find a way to keep it hot this would have made it a very good experience for me I will definitely return again if the manager confirms that the above can be sorted thanks D O

Staff not very welcoming . Abrupt and rude Can't believe tea making facilities (milk and sugar ) which was available on arrival was suddenly not part of the package on day 2..
