Hotel and room and all facilities are excellent, no complaints, Certainly one of the best hotels in Lagos. Large room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, but slightly cold, but that was my fault because I was late.

Although the bathroom has nice features, it is really tiny and you can barely turn around in it. I am quite skinny and only just managed to sit on the toilet, but I had to sit sideways. The price of the room at over N70k was excessive, you can find equally good hotel in Ikeja with bigger bathroom for N45k to N50k

I think the breakfast was well organized and laid out.food options were fantastic.

I didn't like the fact that canteen had to call me at 5am to confirm if my Bank debited me on a transfer of food I made the night before because I told them my phone went off immediately after making the transfer despite confirming to them that I was debited just before phone went off.5am is rather too early to call a customer,they could have used the reception to control a situation where the customer might want to checkout earlier than they thought.

Property is neat at all times. Breakfast was spectacular

The food was Farely ok and prompt but was quite pricy for a starless hotel

The central water heating system was not functioning properly, water from the shower cubicle was leaking out to other parts of the bathroom and the WC was too close to the wash hand basin making it very uncomfortable to use the toilet. Overall, the Hotel was not worth even N30,000.

Ladies at the reception were pleasant

That I couldn’t get iron for my shirt. There was no provision for my soap or toothbrush.

The ambiance of the room. Of course, the WiFi was excellent. I shall stay again and recommend it to friends and family

I liked it , however, there is an absence of collaboration between the Hotel and the Booking Agents. Thus, your reservation would be confirmed but the Hotel may not be aware of your reservation Apart from the above, we enjoyed our stay
