I like the property but the rooms were have lots of issues whirlpool was getting on and water was flowing and hitting up at night. I had to call electric technician at night. Problem was still not resolved so they had cut the electrical supply to whirlpool and the windows sliding door was not getting locked. I had really uncomfortable stay in Hyatt regency. I have been to many luxuries properties but never faced these issues. Due to that I couldn’t sleep on time and I had to shift into other room and that room was also having issues with the hair dryer they had gave me adapter but when I connected hair dryer it is not working and the house keeping takes so much time more than 45 mins to get the shower gel and I had to call reception 3-4 times. On my birthday I had reserved the table in casa boha when I went theirs for their dinner they had given to some other guests and said when did I go there to book the table. I did not feel good if they don’t remember it’s not my mistake. And had to wait till the guest leaves the table. It was so disgusting and felt so disappointed on my birthday. I never had given any bad feedback to any hotels til now but first time I am sharing the experience because it was so disappointing

البعد عن الخدمات ولا يوجد خدمة باصات خاصه للفندق مجانيه تنقل الي المولات او الباتونغ ،، نهاراً طبعاً لان الباتونغ الوضع يتغير بعد ال4 العصر

Great Location & Room was great with exceptional Services & Food

Check In Time was an issue as we reached by 10 am & we were initially told that the rooms would be ready by 1200 hrs & we got the rooms by 1430 Kindly understand that we had kids & we came by overnight flight This should be improved & the Check In staff was not so kind in terms of behaviour She started making faces as soon as we confronted her about the time

The location was amazing and how friendly is the staff makes me feel like home

The swimming pool and the food was exceptional.

The location was a little too far from my places of interest.

The resort is great and we really enjoyed and appreciate the upgrade for our honeymoon.

The bathrooms has a hose (Shataf), however the shower water is cold (Despite we have called them several times for maintenance).

Het vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel van miss Nat bij de receptie tot en met mr Lee bij het zwembad die ervoor zorgen dat je aan niks ontbreekt. Accomodatie straalt luxe en rust uit. Ruime en schone kamers. Supergoed ontbijt klaargemaakt door topkoks. Grote keuze uit Europese en Aziatische keuken. Was elke dag een feestje om de dag mee te beginnen.

Bij inchecken was niet bekend dat er vooruitbetaald was via Booking.com. Heb zelf contact moeten leggen met Nederland om misverstand te verhelderen.

Great location

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, wide selection of cuisines from around the world and the menu was slightly different each day which made it even better. The hotel was very accommodating for young families with kids, the the Kids Club and playground was great. We got a free upgrade to the room with a Jacuzzi so that was excellent. The staff were friendly, hard working and very accommodating. We required a buggy cart to get to and from our hotel room and the team were very efficient.

Rooms were abit dated and could do with a upgrade.

Rooms were spacious, big pool and large breakfast venue (which meant waiting time is not much), quick buggy service, lovely staff.

The loud music from a birthday party at Casa Boho (which was close to our room) was too disturbing, esp since we go to such hotels to wind down and relax. Breakfast quantity was massive but quality was so so (I’m vegan but had enough to choose from). Don’t stay here if you’re looking to chill by the private beach, it’s a small stretch and the sand was not so soft/clean

Great for families, quiet, excellent location. The room was large, a good size for family. All was perfect.

More kids activity to be considered

Clean room and facilities. Staff was very friendly.

Buffet breakfast was a 5/10 . Location was far from any attraction’s unless you like to just relax in resort it be perfect for you. Hike to room was tedious after continuous days out.

Très bel hôtel, belle chambre avec vue sur la baie, personnel très aimable, sympathique aux petits soins. Les restaurants sont excellents, les plats cuisinés, un petit déjeuner remarquable, le restaurant japonais à ne pas manquer.

Dommage, seule une employée par le français. La langue anglaise est trop présente.

Amazing stay by all means. Truly enjoyed everything about this hotel. Breakfast had a variety of excellent choices. The pool was spacious and clean with a top-class service. The staff was always welcoming and supportive. Also tried the Casa Boho hotel restaurant around sunset time, which offered delicious unique dishes with a spectacular view.

All was fine.

プールの眺めがとても素晴らしかった。 スタッフがみんな笑顔で対応してくれてとても親切にしてくれた。 朝食がたくさんの種類で食べきれないほど。おいしかった。

カウントダウンパーティーがスコールで遅れた。雨のときの準備ができていなかった。

المسبح العام للفندق وليس الخاص نظافة المكان

عشان اروح الغرفة لازم سيارة وانا كنت مسافر معاي الوالدة ولازم كرسي متحرك فواجهت صعوبة شديدة للوصول للغرفة فوق. وانا طلبت فوط للاستحمام محد جاني نهائيا واول ماجيت الفندق متاخر فليل اول يوم لنا كانت غرفتي مش جاهزة ونطرتهم نص ساعه زيادة في الحر والرطوبة. وازيدك بعد الكهرباء انقطعت على الفندق بالكامل من اول يوم لي لمدة 5 دقايق. صار ظلام مرعب. والفطور مش على مستوى 5 نجوم. ومحدود اكل الحلال مافي تنوع في الاكل منوع. يعني كل يوم اكل بيض

The facilities are great including the restaurants, kids club and spa. The staff are wonderful and try their utmost to make you happy. Food is delicious including the buffet breakfast one of the best!

The rooms need an upgrade. The aircon and condensation problem needs desperate fixing.

À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre avec vue apocalyptique…on a changé de chambre mais je ne comprends pas que l’on puisse proposer une chambre pareille. Le personnel est souriant mais personne n’a rien fait pour nous à croire que tout le monde n’est pas traité de la même manière. Attention l’hôtel est situé à 800 mètres de KAMALA ET NON PATONG. Serviettes tachées et poils dans le lavabo.

Zeer aangenaam ruim hotel, met giga zwembad, top ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
