A very cost-effective hotel. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with luggage and change to a better room. The hotel environment is great, there is a swimming pool, cute kittens, and it is very quiet at night. Highly recommended

Es un hotel con excelente relación calidad precio, bien ubicado, las habitaciones bastante cómodas, aunque en la nuestra el frigobar no funcionaba, por todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, las habitaciones tienen una linda vista a la piscina y las camas son muy cómodas. También tuvieron la cortesía de dejarnos hacer early check in ya que llegamos bastante temprano, sin necesidad de pagar un adicional.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and professional, special thanks to Mrs. Sara and Mr. Mahmoud. The room was comfortable and the venue's central location is exceptional. Highly recommended!

You can add more room service upon request like providing clean towels everyday or bringing coffee and water to the room. Also fix the landline to assist with contacting the room service.

The place was very dirty from the beginning. When we first arrived the floor was full of footprints and hair, chairs were full of dirt and broken, the fridge was missing a leg, the bathroom was full of hairs, the litter had mould on the bottom, the aircon was leaking all the time, the beach loungers in the pool were all dirty as well... But the worst thing of all was the mattress smelling like cat pee. I asked for new sheets (2 hours for them and 3 calls later) because I thought they were smelling but when I took them off I saw a pee stain on the mattress. I called them and requested to change the mattress but no apology or anything. I also asked them to clean the room the day after we arrived and they told me they don't clean the room unless you are in the room for security reasons. That's absurd because we have stayed 15 days in Egypt and no one told us that. I asked them to do it because I didn't mind and they told us No. Amazing They don't speak much English also

TV channels wasn’t installed Employee in reception kept asking me to give them higher rate as he checked me in early although i paid him for the early check in AC old and loud but working ok

Located in downtown, near to anything you’ll need. The people at reception are genuinely amazing.Galal made my trip in Hurghada 10 times more enjoyable. Rachma and Amer are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy room. Zak inn is in a great location and close to private beaches and city centre. The staff are very professional , helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot to Sarah who helped us with our reservation , she is really passionate about her job and has such a cheerful and positive attitude. Keep it up :)

This hotel is unique and an insider tip, right in the city center of Hurghada where everything is within walking distance to the left and right, the beach is not far across the street, there is a German café where you can have a wonderful breakfast, and restaurants are everywhere nearby. the family atmosphere is very special. the rooms are cleaned very clean every day just perfect and immaculately clean the pool is also wonderful every day the staff takes care that the pool is always immaculately clean the rooms are cute and the showers are perfect nice big and clean. The hotel staff they are all absolutely adorable and super helpful always give insider tips and help 24/7 no matter what concerns you have they are always there. actually like a family. when I hurt my finger, magdi (room cleaning) ran straight to the pharmacy and bought me bandages and disinfection without my having ordered it, I was really excited. The hotel manager Karem also took great care of all the guests and the staff even organized a birthday cake for a guest who was there alone and had a birthday. I thought that was super super super sweet. I've never experienced anything like that before, big compliments to you Sahra, Rahma, amruand and Kareem (manager). I recommend this hotel 100% and would love to come back and look forward to seeing you soon

The hotel is quiet. If someone is looking for a place with a bit of privacy this hotel will be perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything.

Fantastic location for convenience. Very price competitive. Simple. Easy to find. Central pool. No hassle. Staff pleasant. Close to good supermarket and all of Sheraton Street venues and beach resorts.

No top sheet, and blankets unlaundered - if I stayed again I'd insist that rectified. Tired interior paintwork. Television provided without access to guide, so unusable. A bottle of water in the fridge for guest convenience is suggested.

The room is spacious and comfortable with a refrigerator.
