Very good room size

Staircase was very narrow to carry up big luggage due to no lift available

The location opposite Waterloo station is perfect for the national theatre which is why we were in London. The staff were friendly. I was concerned about noise from the busy pub below, but didn't hear a thing once through into the hotel section. The room was modern and comfortable with excellent tea and coffee options and a mini bar. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. There were multiple breakfast options included in the price and the full English that we had was lovely. Hotel guests also enjoy a discount in the pub on showing your room key which is a nice gesture.

It is an old building and the staircase to the rooms is narrow and winding, which could present a problem with larger bags or cases. The windows are single glazed but have secondary glazing installed which does a remarkable job of keeping the street noise out, however if you want to sleep with the window open, be mindful that it is situated on a busy road next to a large railway hub. I'd recommend ear plugs for those who aren't used to city noise.

Heel krappe kamer, kon bijna mijn bed niet in komen zonder mijn teen te stoten. Verder sloot de badkamer deur niet goed, zat er geen slot op én een glazen (gematteerde) deur. Niet erg prettig als je met een vriendin reist en niet met je partner. Bed ook erg smal, 1.40m denk ik. Niet heel relaxed.

The Wellington Hotel is a charming old English pub, we enjoyed the atmosphere, close to all transport, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast.

The room did get a little hot in the summer, no air-conditioning only a fan

Albergo, collegato ad un pub, datato, camera e bagno piccoli e trascurati, pulizia nella media ma per 4 notti il mio compagno ed io abbiamo deciso di adattarci. Tutto bene fino all'ultima sera quando siamo stati svegliati da delle gocce d'acqua che cadevano dal soffitto. Dopo più di un'ora di tentativi nel provare a chiamare la reception e il letto zuppo di acqua, ci siamo arresi al fatto che al numero lasciato dalla struttura per le emergenze durante l'orario di chiusura del pub non rispondesse nessuno che a nostro avviso e' un fatto gravissimo. Mi auguro di essere rimborsata non solo della nottata passata in bianco ma dell'intero costo del soggiorno. Viaggio da sempre e una situazione simile non mi e' mai capitata nemmeno in zone del mondo più svantaggiate.

Localização, pela facilidade de acesso ao metrô e trem. A equipe é bastante gentil e nos atendeu em todas as necessidades . Especial gratidão ao Roger, brasileiro que nos ajudou bastante com orientações e na resolução de problemas no quarto.

O Hotel é bastante antigo e tem problemas com a rede elétrica, motivo pelo qual ficamos sem energia uma noite. Seria necessária uma reforma.

The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make us happy. The breakfast was wonderful, also. It was great to have a frig filled with all sorts of alcoholic beverages on the house. For London, the room was an excellent value. We were able to walk to the eye and a whole underground of restaurants and things to see. Excellent location and great Pub.

There was no air conditioning, no elevator, and the room and bathroom were very small. They did help us with our luggage since there was no elevator. They also provided a fan that helped keep the room a good temperature. With the window open, it's best to have ear plugs, as the train is very close and noisy till about 11pm.

Customer service was amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful. Great location.
