The property was very well-maintained and true to pictures. The unit was clean and had everything we could have needed for this weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West! Close walkable access to Smathers Beach, which was much less crowded than anticipated and actually very quiet and peaceful. We did not rent a car, so did Uber to the main downtown area for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc as these were likely not walkable for most folks, but we did not mind this at all as it left the property very quiet and relaxing when serenity was desired.

We absolutely loved 1800 Atlantic and our unit. Everything was so well kept and the unit was spacious and super comfortable. The amenities at this complex were fantastic - great pool, hot tub area. It even had a work out room and a game room/ ping pong table. It has a small man made beach and awesome ocean access. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was also great and professional and there’s a concierge service we used as well. We will be back!

Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place.

This was a last minute getaway and our location did not disappoint. The place was clean, well stocked with supplies, and the view was beautiful. The pool and beach were both great. We went out snorkeling at the beach and there were so many great things to see. The complementary concur here was fantastic! She was very responsive (without the hour) and connecting us to great adventures. I highly suggest renting scooters for the day, it was a fun and easy way to get around. I would stay here again.

Lovely condo in a great location - close to a beach and away from the noisy areas, yet a short bike or Uber ride to most attractions. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We loved that there were two king beds. The spacious deck was a great breakfast place. The pool area was very nice, with a hot tub as well. We had a terrific stay!

From its’ updated, modern design, excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms, this apartment was a dream! It also has a smart TV, plush blankets, ample pillows and all of the towels you would ever want. We also enjoyed the lush courtyard, large clean pool and loved laying in the lounge chairs overlooking the water and a small beach. Outside of the location and the space itself, check-in was super easy (even at midnight!), the instructions were very clear and communicating with the property manager was easy and quick. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

The condo was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. The beach area is very rocky, yet it is an easy walk on the streetside sidewalk to Smathers Beach. We went parasailing and scuba diving and loved every minute of it. Parking near the event areas can be difficult and expensive so Uber is a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

Called Uber to go to Duval Street because we did not want to drive our car, location was not far from Duval. The property had everything we needed. It was perfect for 2 couples. The balcony was spacious and was a very nice place to unwind in the evening hours. It’s a short walk to Smathers Beach from the condos. Although the private beach was was away by the hurricane a couple weeks before our arrival.

It was just as advertised, Whitney was great with communication. It was spacious for our whole family! The only annoying part was all the locking of the doors lol making sure you have a key to get in everywhere and our door lock was funny. Would recommend this place!! The shower is amazing as well

Although we used Uber to get to Duvall Street since the walk was long and it was very warm out, we enjoyed staying at this condo. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to spend our mornings before heading over to the action-packed areas. We highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved the condo, would stay again in a heartbeat, only disappointment is that there was no beach with water access, even though it said “private beach”. We had an amazing time and the property is perfect with two bedrooms with king beds

Great place but difficult check-in
The property is lovely with a nice view, comfy beds, and nice amenities. The check-in process was very frustrating due to construction which blocked the main corridor to the condo. We had to pick up our key in one building, haul luggage to a second building, and then figure out how to find our room which was one of only a few with outside access instead of being in an inner corridor. Contrary to the claim of the property manager, we did not receive notification of the construction or instructions which would have helped us locate the condo. When I called for assistance, I felt like the PM was a bit put off by my calling and did not empathize with us hauling 4 sets of luggage around two buildings on a hot day trying to find our condo. However, once we finally settled in, we had a great stay with no complications.
