Bathroom floor had hairs, room bin had rubbish from previous tenant. Wish the cleanliness was a bit better. You can hear people going up and down the stairs at night

Excellent location. The bed was comfortable and the chair and desk were great. The lady at reception was very friendly. too. It was generally nice and quiet in the area.
The WiFi was not good, and had a very extensive sign up process. The double bed was rather small/narrow. The tea/coffee cups were a bit dirty, so we had to wash them ourselves (everything else was very clean).

The breakfast staff were superb! Professional and accommodating and went far beyond helping us much more than the reception staff who were supposed to be helping us.
Restaurant was not offered to general guests who were attending conference. only offered to those attending classes. We were in a 5 days long conference. It would have been better to have this Rewley restaurant to offer their lunch or dinner if it was available.

Location, lovely large bath towel and plenty of hot water.
Accommodation more basic than I was expecting. Room very small and crammed with furniture. Lighting not at all subtle and no heating despite chilly weather.

Easy to get to location, very centrally located in Oxford. Great for a trip with friends. Would highly recommend if you're planning to be out and about in town anyway.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast was great, lots of variety, hot and other options.
We were on third floor and had a couple of big bags to carry up the stairs.

Catering is the weak side of this accommodation. The breakfast is average and no real evening facilities. There are, however, good places close by

Our room was comfortable, it had a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, view of the green opposite and being so central to the theatre and shoos was fantastic
The cleaners outside our room were particularly noisy and early.

locked till 8.00am. but there is a night exit. I leave around seven am.

The location was central and in a quiet street, which was good.
Noise from the room upstairs woke me up very early in the morning.
The pillows (not the pillow cases) need washing, they smelt of other people's heads. I would have asked for new ones, but I arrived late and there's no one on reception after 10pm.

Location, cost and very little fuss, unlike most hotels in Oxford, and we have stayed in many!
This time we had a basement room, which was a little dark. the stairs down are very narrow if carrying a case.

The room was spacy with good range of facilities. The location was fantastic, my lectures took place in Rewley House. 5 minute work into the heart of Oxford centre. Lots of cafes close by.
Sadly the central heating had failed, so a little cold when first entering building 9. An electric fire was supplied and we were kept informed of the problem. My only little moan - flasks of tea/coffee at breakfast, please go back to fresh cups and a warm drink with lunch.
