Great facilities, location and customer service.

good position to Melbourne Southbank, staff were lovely rooms were comfortable

access to the car was awkward as you needed to be let in by staff, but didn’t really distract from our stay

The apartment is in a great location in Southbank, close to centre of the city and all its attractions. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

A fair amount of traffic noise in our room which made for a somewhat restless night.

hi it was very kind of Wrap to leave a birthday card and champagne for my husbands birthday.

hi the plug didn't work in the sink in the kitchen the bed doona/sheets where tucked in the bottom of the bed so tight you couldn't pull them up when it got cold I couldn't find the plug to dry my hair in the bathroom I used the plug in the laundry cupboard checkout was messy as I thought I was going to pay when we checked out but this had already been processed through my credit card. The girl at the desk didn't tell us she needed to use her fog in the lift to get to our car which was parked in house so we held the lift up. Our room key card had been deactivated after only 1 day of our stay so we couldn't get in our room when we returned from shopping on the 2nd day of our stay. We ended up having to go back down 38 flights to reception to ask why we could get in.

Room stunk of cigarette smoke, when I commented as we checked out I was dismissed by staff, who stated they could do nothing about it. The restaurant breakfast was awful (my daughter asked why the pancakes smelt of playdoh), they replaced her meal with a "croissant" apparently, it was that in name only, grilled with american plastic cheese. The pool was falling apart and the paint was peeling from the ceiling in there! Nothing like the picture. I took a pool tile as a souvenir.

the pool was ok for the swimmers but as a parent there was limited seating so it was hard when multiple parents were supervising and no seats available

The two bedroom apartment is quite well suited for families. Spacious sitting area with kitchen. Excellent location. Very comfortable and convenient.

Excellent location to Southbank

We would have liked to have a swim but was way too cold to get in. Also getting to car park difficult on 3rd floor.
