The room is absolutely perfect, desk with outlets, outlets with USB on either side of the bed, massive shower with really good water temp and pressure, full wall window with eat to use drapes and curtains. When the false alarm happened they were quick to explain and help back to our rooms. Will definitely come back if the time calls for starting in the city

These are more like suggestions: -Having both a soft and firm pillow option would be great to have in the room. Plus maybe a smaller square one for a little extra height. - having a glass bottle of water ready in the fridge would be very useful to have if we wanted to drink water during our stay.

Cleanliness, location and the smell of the hotel

The room we chose the bed size wasn't big enough and not as comfortable as other places I've stayed.

The hotel is the perfect location for those who want to go to the Southwharf DFO or the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. The view was lovely and the room was very warming and comfortable. Room service was great as well.

I would have liked to have seen streaming services such as Netflix. Wifi was good, but I was having some network issues when accessing websites on my phone. I found the TV Guide was not showing the actual show that was on at the time.

My flight arrived was early from interstate and I wasn't able to check until 2 pm most hotels do allow this as I had an early flight wanted to have a sleep and rest prior

Parking is quite expensive

It was so comfy and everything feels clean. Got a nice view from the hotel as well. Early check-in at 9am was real nice.
